The staff and location of the hotel was as good as ever but the state of the hotel particularly the room was well below what we have come to expect from Ibis.

Very tired hotel, in our room the TV was hanging off the wall, patches in the doors, ceiling and walls. Torn curtains and paint flaking everywhere. In all honesty it should be closed down and fully renovated, it’s disgraceful. On the other hand the staff were fantastic and the location is great for the town centre.

We needed an early start for a hospital appointment so staying over was a good idea and the INIS in Agen is central and has off street secure parking Room was clean if a little faded and they need to be refurbished
