We needed an early start for a hospital appointment so staying over was a good idea and the INIS in Agen is central and has off street secure parking Room was clean if a little faded and they need to be refurbished

Very pleasant and helpful staff, however very disappointed with the hotel. The room was very shabby looking, the bedside lamp was broken and the walls had lots of marks on them. Was only for one night, but would not stay here again.

As always, the hotel was very clean, the receptionist welcoming and my request to be on a lower floor with a walk-in shower (because of knee problems) had been taken on board. I couldn’t.t ask for anything better.
