ibis Agen Centre Hotel 3 stars

The staff was courteous and friendly in particular the receptionist who helped book our future ibis hotel reservation for Carcassonne and Perpignan. She was especially helpful.

A very old hotel compared to other Ibis hotels. Bathroom not very clean. Very narrow bedroom.

I had a short stay at this property in advance of returning to Paris the following morning. The room was efficient, quiet and the proximity of the hotel to the train station is ideal (<10 minute walk).

The room was very small, we had reserved a twin room but ended up with a double, good job my friend and I are close! The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good too but could of done with an extra hand towel. The tv in the room didn't work but we weren't to bothered about it. Very basic but comfortable.

The staff were helpful,there was parking,the room was clean, the bed comfortable.

I was relieved and thankful that someone was still at the reception at midnight since my train had been very delayed. The bed was comfortable. My room was basic but had a nice view.

Booking, reception, the room itself and food were all excellent and offered very good value for money. The staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed

The staff were excellent polite courteous and welcoming Our room was disappointing firstly we were on the second floor and there was no lift service ....it has been out for awhile the stair carpet was very worn our room paint scratched off the walls and bed head bed side light fittings had melted from the heat of the bulbs the inside of the bathroom 1] the toilet pan was stained 2] the inside of the door was badly scratched ....presumably a dog? 3] the bath was stained I stay regularly quite regularly in hotels including Ibis mainly organised by my work I have always been happy with your accommodation This time I was with my wife for a concert weekend in Agen and having personally made the reservation early I was disappointed to be given this room and to be told very politely that there was no alternative after I heard about the lift being out of order

Stayed for 3 night to watch Agen Rugby, close to Train Station, and in the city centre

Not up to normal ibis standards

This was a 1 night stop on our travels through France. Good location near the centre of Agen. Dog friendly hotel and good welcome. However the hotel needs some refurbishment. The rooms was small but adequate, but the bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality.
