The check in experience was not very good and it took a lot of time although everything was booked online. The room was nice, clean and very comfortable. I asked for a complementary toothbrush but I didn't get it and I was in a hurry so I left. Check out was so easy.

I wrote our comments on the survey in the room. The hotel is excellent, except for the cost of your breakfast and horrible coffee in the room. I’d love to stay there again.i have nothing more to say.

Overall a friendly staff. Check-in at arrival was handled in af few minutes - online check-in also an option. Breakfast with a big variety. Parking in the garage under the hotel for the fee of 20 euro/night.

We came at 2 pm already had called prior that we will be earlier and if it is possible to check-in then. This was not a problem then. During check -in there was no room available. We had to wait till 3 pm I had to insist to check on the room if it is ready. When the desk clerk finally called the room was ready. Also there was no extra key available. I was stepping out in the night whereby my roommate stayed in. This was eventually arranged when I came back from the outing, but it took some time I had to explain and pick up the key when I returned to the hotel. Whereas my experience with other hotels is that is not a big problem to get two keys if you are lounging in pair. So that was really a turn on. In overall it was not too bad. The bed was small though and the duvet didn't cover well at all

Hotel, convenient and really easy when you have to go for meetings downtown. people welcoming you with smiles (which is great). breakfast very good. room is clean, bed very good. diner, this time I faced an issue with a too long waiting time for getting a steack just grilled, after 35 minutes, i was still waiting....so I left before. Not acceptable for such class hôtel.

The room looked like a teenager's bedroom and the toilet wasn't working.

I ended up staying only a few hours. The toilet didn't work, the room was decorated with the local football club's merchandise - I felt like I was sleeping in the bedroom of a 12 year old... And I paid 134€ for this. Unbelievable.

I stayed 2 nights in Mercure hotel, Hamburg Mitte. The location is excellent, next to Messehallen exhibition halls and also not far from Metro stations. Area is safe and clean. Room itself was very clean and quite spacious. I liked the idea of possibility to refuse from daily cleaning (care for environment) if room is clean anyway. Only problem was that wake up call on departure morning did not work despite it was specially asked for in reception previous evening.

Nice room, good breakfast, easy check-in and check-out. Excellent location Close to the Hamburg Messe. Booking was somewhat cumbersome with delayed confirmation, but the stay was exactly as desired.
