The room was clean (except for the mugs!!), nice and spacious, but some furniture (the lamps, the suitcase holder) were broken. The bathroom and shower were nice. The room service was only there once on a 3 night stay, which could be much better. Also considering they knocked at 8 in the morning already. The wifi is terrible. Very slow speeds and regularly cutting out, even when signed into the All Accor account. Absolutely terrible. Checkin took a while (15 minutes wait) even with fast checkin due to a large group in front of us - can happen but not ideal :(

Paid over 175 EUR per night. Room felt cramped, the bed was obviously replaced with a smaller one, bedside table was out of reach on one side, surfaces in general are rather weirdly arranged, shaped, and hard to actually use (e.g. small curved desk surface that is overhang by kettle shelf). Pillows were small and felt more like throw pillows than bed pillows. We asked for additional or different pillows, and it took more than 90 minutes *and* a reminder until we got them. Rooms facing the street will get some street noise, but all rooms will get lots of hallway noise as the doors appeared to be made of paper. Room lighting is set up in a way that it will always hit the bed due to mirror placement and lack of night light. On the plus side, the bathroom was efficient and the shower pressure and temperature were good. Did not try the breakfast.
