Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast (cheese, ham, eggs, fruits, cornflakes, etc.). Good location - take a tram directly to the center (~15 min.).

A little out of the city so takes about 40mins to the centre. Nice clean hotel, good breakfast- nice variety of continental breakfast items. Staff helpful. Would visit again

Regarding the distance to the city centre, we understand that it may seem a bit far, but as you noted, our location offers a direct connection to various points of interest via the nearby Metro station Kronenburg, which is less than 100 meters away, ensuring convenient access to the heart of Amsterdam within approximately 20 minutes. Concerning your remarks about room upkeep, while our housekeeping team is dedicated to daily room cleaning, we respect our guests' privacy and belongings, therefore, beds are not made if personal items are left on them. For future stays, please feel free to place any towels you wish to have replaced on the floor, and our staff will be happy to assist with this service. Swift check in, pleasant staff, rooms were compact but clean and fresh. Breakfast was busy but well managed by staff with a good selection. Fresh warm bread was particularly good. Air conditioning was welcome on the very hot days of our stay. Supermarket is a very short walk away. Only negative point was people congregating outside reception, some smoking cannabis. Quite sure this wouldn't be acceptable at the other Ibis hotels. So maybe could be managed better. Very limited storage in room but did not affect us. Would stay again when we return to Amstelveen.

nice hotel, clean bathroom in the room, working air conditioning, nice view from the window, quiet. The score is 8 due to the fact that for 1000 euros for 9 nights there was no hair dryer and toothpaste in the room. There was also no drawer or bedside table for storing personal items. At the reception, you can take an old small hair dryer for a deposit of 20 euros.
