Overall, my stay at the Ibis Budget Amsterdam was just okay. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the tram stop, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. However, the beds definitely need some attention. During my stay, the bed slats kept coming out, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. While I reported this issue directly to the front desk, unfortunately, no one ever came to fix it. It’s a decent budget option for the location and service, but the maintenance team needs to be more responsive to basic room repairs.

we had a yellow stain on the bed sheets when we first came, everything was dirty from the bathroom to the wall behind the bed. No fresh towels on a new day, no cleaning, nothing. Overall very gross.
