The room fell short of basic expectations even for a budget stay. Although it was booked for two guests, only two bath towels and a single bath mat were provided, with no hand or face towels available. The wall-mounted shampoo/shower gel dispensers were almost empty, suggesting the room had not been properly checked before arrival. In addition, one of the light fixtures was missing its lamp entirely, reinforcing the impression of insufficient maintenance and preparation. Overall, these details gave the impression that cost-cutting measures were being prioritised over guest comfort and proper room readiness.

Check-in process was easy, and I was able to check-in earlier than planned. The room was okay, though there were no chairs, and the TV was in an unusual location up high and facing the door. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. My main issue was how light the room was at night. I was in room 513 which is at the exact same height as the illuminated logo of neighbouring hotel, meaning the room was lit up like daytime in spite of the curtains being closed. If I was staying longer I would have asked to move rooms.
