I recently stayed at Pullman and had an absolutely wonderful experience—it’s a resort I would love to visit again. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and both the breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious. The large swimming pool was fantastic, and watching the sunset from the private beach is something I will never forget. Additionally, out of all the resorts I have visited, the food at Pullman was truly exceptional and left a lasting impression. If I may offer a few minor suggestions, I noticed that the bathroom and shower areas being open caused the room to become quite humid. Since the shower and room are not fully separated and the glass above is open, the bedding became a bit damp. For the Beach House, improving the shower facilities—for example, adding hangers inside the shower or a hairdryer in the bathroom—would make changing and getting ready more convenient. I also suggest inspecting the pool tiles, as some were missing or protruding. While I was not seriously hurt, it could be a safety concern, especially for children. Overall, my stay at Pullman was fantastic, and with attention to these small details, the experience could become absolutely perfect. Thank you Pullman Phu Quoc Resort for the past two days. We spent two fifth days on our honeymoon in Pullman and were warmly welcomed by everyone. We are very grateful to have the room upgraded to Cabana with a private swimming pool. My wife really likes Pullman's bed and had deep sleep every night. Breakfast is also a notable highlight, with two options being the buffet at Salt & Pepper and A la carte at Mad Cow. I chose Mad Cow for both days and always ordered charcoal grilled beef because the meat was very tender, fragrant with smoke and herbs. Lam and Giau makes us feel very comfortable when dining at the restaurant. The two young servers were cheerful, enthusiastic, and always try to meet our requirements. My wife and I spent an afternoon at the beach to chill and truly loved Phu Quoc beach, it's been a long time since we felt so relaxed. Once again, thank you Pullman and the team for giving us two wonderful days.

Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort. The beachfront location is stunning, especially at sunset. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed. The pool and private beach were beautifully maintained, and breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Most importantly, the staff were warm, attentive, and truly made the experience special. Thanks Phat for driving us around the resort! I would like to sincerely thank Lam, Hanh, Ngoc, Kang, and Thuy (trainee) at Mad Cow for their excellent service and warm hospitality. A very special thank you to Trang at Guest Relation team for going above and beyond to make our stay truly pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Phu Quoc!

We had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay at Pullman Phu Quoc for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect the hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the team assisted us quickly and efficiently with warm smiles. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel truly special. A special shout-out to the bellman, Mr. Tang, who helped with our luggage and patiently explained everything about our room he was truly outstanding. Kudos to him! Our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Truong Nguyen from the reservation team for arranging such a stunning honeymoon decoration. It was beyond our expectations and made our stay extra magical. We were so touched by the effort and care. We would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team. Our room was quite messy with flowers, yet they cleaned it so perfectly every day with great dedication. We truly appreciate their hard work. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Pullman Phu Quoc. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. All staff were friendly, the breakfast was great with so many choices of food. The only negative thing about our stay was the low water pressure in the shower, with some rusty bits in the bathroom.
