very nice stay, however, i was disappointed with the staff behaviour at the kids club: they dont play with the kids, dont help for paid activities and dont care at all about what kids are doing, or their safety. They only play mobile phone...

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Food is on the pricey side and only average however, the breakfast spread is amazing and one of the best I’ve had across Asia. They have some amazing staff that clearly understand the needs of guests. These key people should be utilised to train the other staff who are still getting up to speed on what it takes to work in such a resort. They are willing and do work hard but need training.
