The pampering begins as soon as you walk through the doors. After checking in, you receive a healthy beverage, followed by a foot ritual with salts and fresh herbs. Then enter into the heart of the bamboo-lined sanctuary for even more bliss.
Creative, open-minded, vibrant. Ceremonies and receptions here are as distinctive as each couple. Weddings by Pullman, because not everyone has a fairy godmother.
We had a good stay, it was a family break. Being Accor Platinum member the lounge was very disappointing. The lounge did not even have basic tea coffee. Also it was open only for 2 hours in a day else you just can go and sit. In all Accor lounges globally, there is a constant free flow of tea / coffee and some light snacks through out. Even during happy hours they refused to serve coffee.

We really enjoyed our 3D2N stay in Pullman Phu Quoc. The ocean-facing rooms were large, modern and well furnished. The facilities were top notch, with an excellent gym, two pickleball courts, and 1 tennis court, and many excellent restaurants. The morning breakfast buffet spread was of high quality and we looked forward to our daily breakfast. We had most of our meals at Salt and Pepper and the variety of food was sufficient diverse enough and high quality enough at a reasonable price for us to keep eating there instead of eating elsewhere to eat. Highly recommend.

I resolved my inquiry to the Vietnamese company with the help of an employee. Thank you to the staff member who worked for me for one hour.
However, the room was good. The air conditioning temperature control (not allowing it to be set below 22°C) failed, so the bedding became very humid during my stay.

The staffs are nice. The amenities are well maintained.
However, the room was very humid. The bed mattress and the blanket felt very wet to sleep in. The pillows were too soft.
The staffs nicely and quickly put the humidifier in the room but unfortunately the water leaked. Anyway it was quite uncomfortable to sleep.

This is first time we bring our baby, we pick this hotel as this hotel has very nice route that baby can walk around from room, swimming pool, restaurant and room.

Everything was very good except the swimming pool was not clean ( it was not clear water…)
