We came here with our friends who have never traveled to Asia before. We chose Pullman Phu Quoc as we felt it would be safe and enjoyable after checking the place out in a previous trip. Ms Duong and her colleagues showed us the different rooms available and we came. The staff exceeds expectations most of the time. Food and service was very good both at Salt and Pepper and Mad Cow. And while it’s a car ride to town, it’s not a problem as Taxi and Grab(Uber like) were always available. The beach was nice and well maintained. Giant pool and kid friendly facilities were attractions. Views from the rooms were beautiful and sunsets can be spectacular. Our trip went well. Our friends enjoyed the experience. The airport pick-up service made our arrival very convenient, and the hotel’s location was excellent. The various complimentary shuttle services also made getting around very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. As a Platinum member, I especially appreciated that all of the membership benefits were provided smoothly and clearly without any issues. Breakfast at Mad Cow was delicious, and the servers were always warm, attentive, and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, with great transportation options, excellent cleanliness, and wonderful service.
