From our arrival to our departure, the service we received from all staff was flawless. The hotel is located on a beautiful beachfront location and with both poolside and beachside service provided directly from your comfortable sunbed, we were spoiled for choice. The whole hotel is as absolutely spotless, as were the beautiful grounds. The restaurant service was always great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The courtesy bus to and from the airport, with other tourist destinations also available free of charge, was excellent. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent from the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were offered a room upgrade and they let us look at the room before deciding which was a nice touch. (We ended up staying in the main hotel on the 7th floor-ocean view instead of a cabana). The food and drinks were delicious. The gym is clean and new. The pool is great. We were 20mins drive from sunset town and about 50mins to Grand world. Transport is very affordable so driving to either end of the island is a minimal cost. The taxi desk arranged a driver for a day that only cost around 1.4mil Viet Dong. Highly recommend staying here when in Phu Quoc.

We liked our cabana room, the breakfast in S&P, the pool,gym,tennis court,spa treatments and various items on the menus of the three restaurant options. We only attended one night of free drinks in the mezzanine lounge as we didn't really enjoy the quality of the wine and cocktails. I must mention that the cocktails in the Lightouse bar were very good. By contrast, the Aperol spritzes from Coconutz varied from reasonable to watered down. We had two misses at S&P for dinner. Vietnamese roast chicken and Spiny lobster. The chicken meat was pink/red in the centre. We normally classify that as undercooked with it's associated risks. The staff told us that it had been cooked sous-vide for 2 hours then grilled, so it was perfectly safe before taking it off our bill. That was appreciated, but we wouldn't order it again. One of our spiny lobster halves had an unpleasant smell. The chef checked it and declared it was fine and it was returned to us. We are regular consumers of shellfish ( and former restaurateurs) and did not eat it . We also would not order that again. This is just a detail but we ordered the "Maddie's Beachcomber " tuna from Maddie's Cow - it was very good so we returned the next night to have it again. Unfortunately the cook on the tuna was overdone this time. Still ok but inconsistent. We liked the grilled cuttlefish and shrimpcakes from Beach house and had that several times. Pizzas, nems were good. I must mention that your staff was helpful and friendly. One thing that disappointed us was the inability to swim in the ocean. We noted that people swam at the Regent, the IC and the Sailing club as well as around the Novotel area. We swam in front of the Sailing club most mornings after walking the beach. It was not pristine due to the plastic flotsam but it wasn't unsafe. Overall, we think we'll be back and hope that this provides some positive feedback. I'm deducting 1 point for the beach and 1 for the dining.

Food and drinks were expensive compared to other high star hotels. Every-time a staff member did something for us from check in to check out they asked for us to submit a google review and mention their names, it Got old fast. Beds were uncomfortable, my kids found broken pool tiles daily and suffered cuts, pool needs work so do the cocktail makers. Want a five star hotel go to The Crowne plaza in starbay.

Pullman Phu Quoc delivers a perfect blend of modern luxury and tropical charm. Spacious rooms, stunning beachfront views, and a vibrant pool scene make it ideal for both relaxation and social vibes. The staff are attentive, the breakfast spread is excellent, and the resort's design feels stylish yet welcoming. A great choice for travellers seeking comfort with a touch of sophistication. The road outside is currently being upgraded so the route might not be a bit bumpy but the location itself by the beach and it's pristine courtyard is kept very well. As a family of 4 with 2 teens we are thankfully occupied with their rotation of activities everyday as well as the convenience of free shuttle to narbynight markets, sunset town as well as airport transfer.
