Our first time at Pullman Phu Quoc and we used a luxury escapes package which included meals and cocktails plus airport transfers and spa session We very much enjoyed the staff interactions, pool and rooms plus the inclusions of the package Given the location is about 15-20 mins from one of two larger towns, we would have had trouble eating elsewhere so we’re glad we had bought full board Development is occurring all over the island but at present hotels are fairly spread out and you need transport to get about . We prefer walking but apart from beach walk there wasn’t much around to be able to walk to The hotel provides a daily shuttle to the Đường Dong night market and we used private tour operators to go on day trips out Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and enjoyed getting to know the young staff and try out our very basic Vietnamese! Probably 5-7 days is a good stay length ( we had 12) if you like to explore different areas

Had an enjoyable trip and quiet moments at the resort... great hospitality from the team and really impressed by how Tham, the staff at Beach House, tried to promote Accor Plus.. didnt happen at any of other Accor hotels before. :)

I loved everything about our experience. One suggestion is that perhaps the Salt and Pepper restaurant may have their own restroom rather than a far walk to the other end to access it.

For your kind information, our Salt n Pepper restaurant does have its own restroom near the private dining room, which you can access by going straight ahead several steps from the bar. Maybe because the restaurant is a bit large and your table was in the middle so you didn't see our restroom. I am very satisfied with the hotel. However, the hotel needs to improve a few more points as follows: S&P restaurant menu is not rich, there are not many dishes to choose from, especially Vietnamese dishes 8th floor room suffers from noise from 9th floor every night The hotel is right on the beach but guests are not allowed to bathe because of the big waves, the lifeguard is impolite

We're sorry that the noise from the upper Mad Cow rooftop restaurant floor brought you inconvenience. We have shared your feedback with our engineering team to try to find solutions to this. Regarding sea swimming, due to the season and the strong periodical winds on the island, the beach can be very dangerous. Thus, when noticing signs such as big waves or strong currents, it is the personal responsibility of our beach staff to warn guests and ask them to stop swimming to ensure everyone's safety which is our main priority. Nevertheless, we have shared your feedback with our lifeguards to better brief guests in a more polite way in both English and Vietnamese. In addition, we are excited to share the ongoing development of our menu with the aim of providing all guests with more options after recovering from the severe pandemic. I did not like the lights in deluxe room. It is so close to hit my head when I input phone charger. Further more, I had called to receptionist for asking Bus pickup from Intercontinental to Pullman, no response from her.

Our bedside lights are hung low to ensure enough light is distributed to that side of the bed but not disturbing the other side if a person is sleeping there. We're sorry to hear that your pick up request wasn't replied by our team. However, we seek your understanding that we do not have a private on hand pick-up service and that this chargeable service needing to be booked at least 24 hours in advance so that we can arrange drivers and vehicles. Overall acceptable. We can say "abbastanza bene". I guess there's a room to improve as: 1. Increase manpower for airport pick up service because we waited for 30 minutes that we think too long 2. Respond to our e-mail even after stay. We are a bit disappointed because you replied to our e-mail so quickly before we stayed but you didn't after we stayed.

Although we sent three complimentary shuttle busses to the airport, the number of pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport sometimes remains a challenge for some arrivals. Thus, the waiting time can be up to 30 minutes. As our shuttles are free of charge, guests can always have the option to use a taxi or a grab on their own expenses if they wish to arrive faster. We seek your understanding that sometimes our team was unable to reply your email soon due to the large number of requests from other guests. Food is not good

My family stayed at the resort for 2 nights, and we almost ate in the resort restaurant. But my wife had diarrhea and vomiting. And I was bloated. Because of this incident, we didn't dare to eat much in breakfast buffet next day. The food at the restaurant is not diverse, only a few European dishes and a few Asian dishes. Resort is quite far down town, I cannot find any food shop or restaurant around resort. And I have to eat in resort restaurant but.....

Everything is good in general. Except, bath room is with bad smell due to not well cleaning after previous tenant leaving.

Missing the 5 star touch

The Pullman is a big hotel with lots of thought put into the various areas and into taking advantage of its large footprint. While a bit more family-oriented than we would have liked, we nevertheless had an enjoyable stay. The check-in process was handled with minimal hassle and the front desk were always helpful to our needs, and the staff at the Beach House were especially friendly. One feedback I would give is that those extra touches that give the 5 star experience were missing - there was quite often difficulty in communicating in English (which were not so common in other locations on the island) with the concierge and room service . Secondly, the room service not being available past 10pm was quite a shock (I feel it could have been pointed out more clearly at check in) and proved to be a real inconvenience after my boyfriend fell sick and we were unable to order the food we needed at the time we needed. The speed of housekeeping combined with my boyfriend's illness meant that we didn't get the room cleaned at all in our 2 night stay. I have stayed at the Pullman before (Sydney) and 5 star Sofitels in Berlin and Portugal, and the experience there is what prompted me to book the Pullman for that special 'gold member' experience. I hope as the post-Covid world continues to return that these oversights can be put right.

After a long time struggling with the travel embargo, we are finally able to expand our team and improve our professionalism again as a true 5-star resort and despite the fact that many candidates left the hospitality business. Additionally, at the moment, we are arranging for our staff foreign language courses to welcome many guests of other nationalities. Regarding the operation time of our room service, we do update it on in-room televisions information pages and we are working hard on recruitment to offer this service 24/7. The property was quite busy when children and families visited and enjoyed the holiday, which brought you inconvenience. Please rest assured that your comment has been shared with related teams and the security teams to improve in the future. For now, our standards allow us to set one table and one chair per room on the balcony. However, you can always request another chair.
