It was certainly not our intention to leave the impression that your comments had not been heard or valued. Feedback from our guests, whether positive or constructive, is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to review and respond to the observations you have shared. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry to learn that the selection did not fully match your family's preferences. While our breakfast buffet features a variety of international and Asian options, including a dedicated Indian selection that rotates daily, individual tastes and expectations naturally vary. Our culinary team also remains available to assist with specific dietary preferences or special requests whenever possible. We apologize if this was not communicated to you clearly during your stay and we were not be able to assist your family promptly. We also appreciate your comments regarding our shuttle service. The current schedule is designed to provide guests with convenient access to key attractions around the island while balancing operational capacity and demand. Nevertheless, your suggestion for additional departures and greater flexibility has been noted and will be taken into consideration as we continue to review our transportation offerings. With regard to your airport transfer, we understand the circumstances must have been disappointed, particularly when travelling with a young child, your comments regarding communication and coordination have been shared with the relevant team for review and for better assistance for your stay in the future. As this trip marked your daughter's first visit to Phu Quoc, our team arranged a welcome amenity featuring our signature Mango Sago, one of Pullman Phu Quoc's most popular and well-loved desserts. While we were pleased to extend this gesture of hospitality, we acknowledge that it may not have aligned with your expectations for the occasion. The amenities and personalised touches we provide are intended to enhance our guests' experience and create a warm sense of welcome. Although expectations may differ from guest to guest, please be assured that our team genuinely cared about making your family's stay enjoyable and memorable. It is never our intention for any guest to leave feeling undervalued or uncared for.
