We had a relaxing, private and peaceful staying in the Cabana suite. The private pool was shaded and cool, unlike the main pool. Buffet breakfast is very good with lots of choice.The staff looked after us well including a special anniversary treat left in our room. That touch was very nice and much appreciated

Having stayed at other Pullman hotels in Asia: Phuket, DaNang, this lacked some 5 star experience. Staff English levels weren't as high and tourism is very much emergent in Phu Quoc. It was a pity development is so new as other hotels weren't completed and facilities outside of the resort were minimal. We craved local Vietnamese culture like food choice but they weren't as well represented as other Western/Korean choices. Shuttle services only took passengers half way to some stops like the night market. However, staff were very friendly and also attentive to our needs and questions. I understand that tourism is only starting in Phu Quoc and it will be interesting to see how it develops in the next 10-5 years as that will probably be the next time we would considering visiting when there are other places in Vietnam far more interesting to us.

Almost everything is perfect only except the room humidity. The indoor room is very humid after taking a shower because the bathroom is not totally separated from the bedroom. It should be redesigned.

Great weekend getaway with really good cuisine and dining quality. Experienced one of the best Spa treatments and deep tissue massages ever. Didn't make use of the cocktail lounge hour as it's during sunset golden hour which we prefer spending outside. Breakfast and dinners at Madcow were fantastic. Big thanks to the whole team and definitely worth a treat.
