We have just had a super 8 nights stay. Every staff member was impressive. The grounds are spectacular and immaculately kept. The breakfasts are wonderful. There are plenty of sun-loungers everywhere although we would prefer to see cushioned mattresses on them. A special mention for the excellent Hang & Linh at reception, Tuyet, Hung and chef Tinh in the main restaurant.

I had a wonderful vacation at the hotel where according to Phu Quoc resort, I really love the staff here, they are very happy and enthusiastic to welcome our family in our difficulties were all resolved quickly, I hope Novotel hotel will maintain this form through which I also hope Novotel hotel will be known by many people in the future, I will come back. Deluxe room is enough for 2 adults 2 kids. And Sonasee market is just in front of hotel, We can enjoy local foods & scenary at evening. I think a little bit lack of shade around pool side is only shortcoming.
