The hotel's facility is fantastic with gym, pools and private beach. Food is delicious. We had various interesting activities to do such as folding towels, bicycling, activities at kid club. My daughter finally could ride a bicycle during her stay at Novotel Phu Quoc Resort which is a remarkable memory for us. However, we wish the hotel's policy could be more flexible. I paid a deposit at the check-in to pay for our meals and hotel services during our stay. We booked a foot massage on the last day June 23 but our schedule was changed that we could not take this massage. We wanted to cancel the massage and use the remaining deposit for breakfast or lunch but our request was denied. Therefore, we had to stay at the hotel after the check-out to do the message and waited till evening to fly back to HCMC. When I was back to HCMC, I realized that I forgot some clothes in the room. The hotel found my clothes and I arranged for the collection. Thank you very much.
