We checked into Novotel Phu Quoc yesterday and will be staying for six nights, traveling with our child as part of a month-long family journey. During this long trip, we have stayed at many hotels and resorts, but I can honestly say that Novotel Phu Quoc stands out as one of the places with the best service we have experienced so far. From the very first moment, every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. What impressed us most was not just their politeness, but their sincere attitude toward making sure guests truly feel comfortable and cared for. The staff consistently checked in with us, asking if there was anything more we needed, if everything was enjoyable, and whether any issues had been fully resolved. It never felt routine or forced — it felt real. We did have a few things that needed to be fixed in our room, and the way the staff handled it was exceptional. Not only were all issues resolved quickly and perfectly, but they also came back afterward to double-check and make sure everything was truly okay. That level of responsibility and attention to detail is rare. All of these wonderful experiences were led by one incredible staff member named ENOK. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our family made a huge difference in our stay. She went above and beyond at every opportunity, ensuring that we felt heard, respected, and truly welcomed. Thanks to her, our family’s trip has become even more special and memorable. If every resort staff member in Phu Quoc were like ENOK, I truly believe we would choose Phu Quoc as our holiday destination every single time. We are deeply grateful to her and to the entire Novotel Phu Quoc team for creating such a warm, comfortable, and heartfelt experience for our family. This is not just a place to stay — it is a place where you feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with children.
