The staff were amazing, especially Sam. The resort is a quiet oasis only steps from the hustle and bustle of town. From the seafood buffet, breakfast to dinner outside, the food was delicious and the service outstanding. The staff at the beach were quick to provide lounging chairs and towels. It was never a problem finding chairs on the beach. The room was clean and spacious. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better and there was not an outlet for the hairdryer. The coffee maker was in the closet, which was awkward.

An oasis in a dirty and chaotic environment. Absolutely wonderful hotel. A jungle like garden, a fantastic breakfast, very well kept rooms, turn-down service, great restaurants and a very friendly staff makes this place so unique. The beach is kept very clean. Unfortunately this can not be said of the beaches to the right or left. We did not like Phu Quoc very much. It really suffers from over-tourism, but this hotel made our trip to the island worthwhile. They even surprise you with a farewell drink!
