Special thanks to the beach staff led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong as well as Executive Sous Chef Mr. Canh for their assistance and warm hospitality. Their work at the beach and in the kitchen serving me directly in person has made my stay very comfortable at any time. Their attention to detail to personalize my experience while serving many other customers is very remarkable and impressive.

We stayed at the hotel on a Soft All Inclusive basis. 1. The meal plan was very inconvenient, as it was unclear what was and wasn't included in the package. On the first day, when we didn't understand anything yet, we were charged at the bar for beer and juice that were included in our package. When we realized this a few days into our vacation, it was very unpleasant. 2. We were very upset about the lack of wine, even though it should have been included in our package, at least local wine. But during our entire stay, we were never offered wine. This is the first time we have encountered this in a hotel of this level. 3. Towards the end of our stay at the hotel, after the afternoon cleaning (February 23), I discovered that my cosmetic pads for the face, which I use literally every day, were missing. Most likely, during cleaning, this package was considered trash and thrown away. It was very upsetting because a couple of days earlier, they didn't throw away a banana peel, but they decided to throw away a cosmetic product from the bathroom. Or steal it. After discovering the loss, I immediately reported the problem to the reception, where they promised to do something about it and call me. In the end, no one called me or apologized, and I was not compensated for the loss. I am still very upset about this. 4. It would be nice to add sun loungers by the sea, as every morning at least a few people argued about the occupied places. You have to take your place at 6 a.m. Everything else was great. I liked that there were always beach towels available, delicious food in the restaurants, comfortable beds, good bedding, and the cleaning service was also good.

At the same time, we are pleased to know that you enjoyed many aspects of your stay, including the beach towels, delicious food, comfortable beds, quality bedding, and overall cleaning service. Huge problem to find sunbeds in the morning. You have to wakeup at 7:30 and reserve the sunbed latest till 8:00. Later no chance to find any available :( Huge waiting time to get a drink. Once it was 40 minutes. We had All Inclusive.
