I had spent 3 days and 2 nights there, staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is clean, swimming pool and the beach are great, we did enjoy it. However the breakfast was little poor. In general I had great time there, will come back in the near future. Thank you

Dear Team, I would like to share with you extremely disappointing situation my Mom (the main guest in the reservation) faced with. She booked connecting flights to Phu Quoc, and on the way back the flight to Ho Chi Minh City was cancelled and re-scheduled that put my Mom in an extremely stressful situation when the main flight Ho Chi Minh City to Moscow couldn't be attended anymore. To my regret, she was so shocked, being not an active traveler before with no idea what's to do, that she didn't call me. She asked the guys at the Front Desk what's to do. I suppose that they wanted to get rid of her, that's why they checked only one flight online where there were no available seats. I was sure that Accor staff members should have known how to handle such situations and could give a good advice, but the only thing they recommended her to do was to come to the airport at about 2 AM and try to find tickets there while we live in the time when all the flights can be booked online. Thus, she arrived at the airport that was closed (please tell me that local people working at the Accor have no idea about working hours of the airport!), she was standing near it, trying to get in touch with me. Well, she lost a lot of money on the calls while I was trying to get in touch with Qatar airways and change the main flight. Thanks God, I work in this industry and I helped her ASAP, asked to come back to the hotel where there was, at least, good WIFI, and we could continue talking to each other. Just for your better understanding, she doesn't know English at all, and she cannot make calls to Qatar, and I helped her on my own. What could happen to her if she didn't have a close person who knew what's to do? She never re-booked flights, and Accor staff decided that it was a perfect idea not to care a lot about her health and emotions at that moment and to send her right away to the closed building. Guys, how is it possible? With all my respect to chain hotels, I find it unacceptable as she wasn't staying at the noname hostel to find herself in such a disgusting situation. Just to sum up: -money spent on taxi to the airport and back in the middle of the night -money spent on international calls -my Mom's nerves spent as a result of the Accor staff being totally ignorant and unprofessional How do you think, will we recommend Accor hotels to any people we know or submit a good review in the social networks? Is it acceptable in compliance of your international standards?

Modern Hotel @ most clean beach in the whole island. Less cost compare to neighbor JW Marriott but definitely more value for money.

Good afternoon, regarding the stay at your hotel I can report the following. The advantages of your hotel are the sea and the territory of the hotel. The rest are solid minuses. The main minus is the food, there was practically nothing (what was cooked, it is impossible to name even food), the fried eggs had to wait 10 minutes in the morning, and it was constantly burnt. The choice of food is very meager and monotonous. The strange concept of dispensing one drink while eating. They also waited a very long time for coffee; in the coffee machine it was disgusting. Disinfectants in the restaurant were not replenished. Waiters reluctantly cleaned dishes from tables. Breakfast was at 06:30, and as I understand it, everything should already be ready and everyone is ready to receive guests, but this is not the case at your hotel, dishes are still served after the opening, the cooks are just starting to prepare their workplace, and still not very friendly ... Still, this lack of seafood, in all the hotels where we were, there were always seafood - shrimp, squid, crabs, etc. After the main restaurant was closed and lunch and dinner were transferred to the beach restaurant, it got worse. There was no water, the soup that the Russians eat at lunch and was absent for dinner, in extreme cases it was only for dinner. The second is hygiene products, in the room when checking in there were only shampoo, conditioner, gel and soap. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower cap, shaving machine were issued on request. In the future, constantly had to ask for shampoos and conditioners, as they were not replenished. Water, too, sometimes forgot to put in the room. The third is poor housekeeping, but even worse is when the pools were cleaned during the rest, maybe it should be done before the pools open or after they are closed. Glasses, garbage near sunbeds are not cleaned up on time. Fourth is the lack of water in the tanks for washing feet, we understand that the children of the guests, playing it, scooped it up, but do you need to replenish it? I would also like a free shuttle to the city to be organized, since the nearby village has a very limited selection of products and goods, and it is not so close. In all hotels, not even 5 star ones, there is a store with a minimum set of products, drinks and sun protection products, alas, not your case. In conclusion, I would like to say that according to the number of storeys of the room, I wrote to you for two months and asked to provide a room on the top floor with a view of the pool and the sea. In appearance from the balcony, my requirements were taken into account, but there was no number of floors, they gave me the 5th floor, despite the fact that tourists who came with me were given a room on the 8th floor with a similar view (they purchased a ticket later than mine). I still have negative impressions of your hotel and I will not recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. I will definitely bring this information to my travel agent (tour operator). We rested in Vietnam for the 7th time, and this is the most negative impression of the rest.
