The resort should expand recreational facilities such as billiard or tennis tables, or set a registration schedule so guests can use them. During my 4‑day stay, I could hardly play because there was only one table each, and they were always occupied.

The cleanliness inside the room as well as at the common areas do not remain clean, for example: the lift and walkway are wet, the overflow water drain of the sink is not cleaned properly, it's clogged with dirt, which is unsightly.

Love it as Accor member from decades. So this was Also nice place to stay with couple family or a solo even. Just first time in Accor hotel it’s happen that I had some special request n didn’t got that. So I was recheck does it Accor hahaha. But all was nice and happy time.
