Thank you to all staff for keeping up the good work! I like everything, especially the room and welcome amenities for member was very lovely, The only things that still needs improvement is cocktail taste and please provide more chicken meal on breakfast as some of Buddhist people doesn’t eat beef and Muslim people also doesn’t eat pork, so I think the best choice is chicken, more chicken on breakfast line would be great.

The stay was comfortable for the price. Before arrival, I had requested some preferences. I fully understand these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, but it would have been nice to receive more detailed information about this at check-in — for example, I might have chosen to wait a bit longer until a room with a better view became available. In the end, I was assigned a room with almost no view, which was a bit disappointing, though I understand this is subjective. Most staff were friendly, but a few were somewhat rude, which lowered my overall satisfaction. Check-in and check-out are the moments that create a guest's first and last impression, so friendliness there matters especially. Although this is a residence, it's classified by Accor as a 5-star property, so the service quality is expected to match that standard.

The location was good, and we appreciated the convenience of the property. However, having stayed at several 5-star hotels during our time in Phu Quoc, it is difficult to consider this property to be at the same level as a typical 5-star hotel. One of the main areas that needs improvement is customer service and communication among staff. We received different answers from different employees regarding the same inquiries, which was confusing. In one instance, when we mentioned that another employee had provided us with different information, the response we received was, “Who said that?” This did not feel particularly professional or guest-oriented. Housekeeping also needs improvement. There was an unpleasant odor in our room during the stay. We were also disappointed with some of the benefits offered to hotel guests. Other hotels we have stayed at provide discounts to guests simply for staying at the property, whereas Premier Residence appears to offer certain discounts only to higher-tier members. There was also inconsistent information regarding the hotel’s happy hour. When we asked the front desk about happy hour, we were told that the hotel did not have one. The following day, we saw two signs advertising happy hour at the bar. Overall, while the location was good, there are several areas, particularly staff communication, housekeeping, and consistency of guest information, that could be improved to better meet the expectations of a 5-star property.

Mixed stay at The Premier Residences. We loved the room which was big, modern, had a lot of clothes storage, a great bathroom with plenty of space and small kitchen area. Very comfortable bed and pillows and room was quiet. The pools were excellent, with lots of separate pools and plenty of lounges. And the beach is amazing. The resort has their own pool lounges to use on the beach. The beach is amazing and with so many lounges plenty of sun or shade. We had dinner at Herring Bar restaurant and the food was amazing. Cooked perfectly by the Chefs. Great gym for a hotel as well. What was disappointing - Breakfast was really disappointing. I know its not a 5 start hotel and it is very busy every day but the quality of food was poor. It felt like all of the bread, pastries and focacia bread was baked at least the day before. It was never fresh tasting and always stale. While there are a lot of hot choices, they are all mass produced and have no taste. The cooking stations for soups etc was just a quick "add a bit of soup liquid" to pre prepared bowls. And staff seemed non attentive for the 7 days. Staff never once said hello and plates piled up waiting for collection on our table. The fridge in the room was one that didn't keep anything much colder than room temperature. It's the same fridge as 1 or 2 other hotels I have stayed in, so not faulty. It's like they don't want you bringing in drinks from the super market. And while the pools are great, they don't "Police' the Adults only pool sections. So kids just swim anywhere which can be noisy. We loved the rooms and location, but wouldn't stay again as believe the breakfast option is a big let down
