Location is great, highly professional reception department, top quality spa. I would definitely consider to improve breakfast variety- we stayed 10 nights and food was the same on daily basis. Restaurant staff were polite, smily and humble, BUT unprofessional and lack of expertise. Almost nobody spoke English, zero menu knowledge.

This hotel have ticket and bus go to Sun world have symphony of light and sound where night seeing for eat and drink. For Accor member do not miss for all it eat at 16:00-17:30. I like beef berger and cold cut set. And funny games in the Beach in evening

Room is spacious. Location is good. The hotel provide shuttle bus to Sunset town and free ticket to the night show. Spa experience and service is excellent. Free use of Sauna.

A lot of variety food for breakfast, my Daughter very enjoy the breakfast especially the Taiwanese Pork Rice Bowl. She love it so much. Hotel got free Kiss of Sea show ticket for us too. We so enjoyed the show, the show is very fantastic. They even offer free airport transfer and free shuttle bus to sunset town. We love this hotel so much. Definitely will stay back again.

bad experience with impolite front desk stuff

Case1 ( 12 Nov 2024) when we check-in on 12/nov/24 & ask the front desk boy, is it possible change my double bed room to twins bed. He said: I rejected you with long face. when I told him, we just left our languages & we in a hurry to go out for trip at 9am. But he keep saying all inf. (non-stop). breakfast time. Restaurant location, check-in time…. etc. Case2(13 Nov 2024) I request the front desk for support letter, I told her, I drop my mobile my own by accident & the mobile phone glass was broken in hotel room. She just refuse my idea , & told us, hotel have no responsibility to provide it. they worry insurance agent purse the responsibility to hotel. & suppose we ask the online travel agent write that letter to us. We book hotel online, but only the hotel can prove whether we checked in or not. I know, It not must help us, but for sure I want to tell, your stuff are so impolite & not so helpful . the girl is very rude to stop our conversation & ask me provide the booking number loudly. Your stuff need to improve their bad attitude. It’s not an excuse even too much customers They represent to your hotel.
