Miss Chau, Quynh, Tram at plumeria Spa is Very good. It’s a great experience. Nice environment and friendly staff. I do recommend to come and try hahaa. We came for the same relaxing spa three days in a roll. The girls here is very detail oriented.

Amazing villas…all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great activities during the day. All facilities were clean and well maintained. Food was lovely and a big variety during breakfast. Emma and Cindy were very friendly and so welcoming and helpful.

This hotel was the perfect choice to finish off the year. My friends and I had a great time together, and everything was perfect. Especially the resort was well-equipped for more than 4 friends or family members to send, especially welcoming us everywhere and the staff was very friendly. Thank you very much Tiffany and Victor. Unpleasant Stay

Its my second stay. First time stay was great but not this time. There were alot of issues during our stay but no one care and follow up. There was a pizza and bill of old guests placed on the table in our room when we entered the room. The staffs noticed but did not take any action or apologize. Even when i texted the hotel app they never come back to say anything. No kettle set up, no hair condition and toothpaste in the room. No welcome fruit or anything Shower in the bathtub and bath room in master room is very slow ( dont know if its same in others room) My birthday trip, hotel offer a small cake not on the date. My friend come to have my birthday dinner but your staff ask to register somehow she angry and left unhappily. I was so embarrassing. In general i wont return and wont recommend this resort for my friend and family.
