The resort owns a private island, we enjoyed a week of wonderful time by greenery, beech and ocean. We stayed at 805 3 bedrooms pool villa with stanning ocean view oversee the Phu Quoc cable car route. The location of villa was great; sun set was beautifully captured. We stayed most of our time in resort and visited sunset town for an afternoon for firework and show. There are 3 private beaches in the resort with some water sports available hoping next visit better developed for adult activities. Dining experience was perfect to us, and we had our 3 meals in resort with great satisfaction. Our package included daily spa treatment, nice ambience and skilled treatments experienced. Buggy service was good and 10-20 mins to wait at the rush hour, avoid waiting suggest make early reservation for schedule events. We appreciated Vi, Hannah, and the nice gentleman took care our check in, out and briefing us the varied activities and events, sorry forgot to note his name. Our dining experience were perfect and thanks to Tein, Vi Wu, Ngo and Tu. The Chef was kind and nice to chat with and we loved his dishes so much. We enjoyed our daily spa so well thanks Sun scheduled our appointments, Trum, Suan and other therapists made our experience so good. Room service was smooth and nice. Thanks, and see you.

It was our first stay at Premier Village. We arrived at 4pm and was offered an extremely warm welcome by all. The check-in process was quick but very thorough with Andrew running us through the resort lay-out, the weekly activities, the resort app and its amazing functionality but the icing on top was the free upgrade to a larger and ocean view villa. The villa was perfect, modern, spacious and spotlessly clean & well maintained. The pool water was the perfect temperature and crystal clear. The only oddity for us was that there was no cutlery entrusted to the Villa which boasted a fully functioning well equipped kitchen. Instead you had to hire these! We ate out lunchtime and evening thus never needed them, we just thought how odd. The resort it self is huge and overall very well maintained to a very high standard , with so many landscape staff on site manicuring the flora, collecting fallen leaves etc The one area that needs urgent attention in my humble opinion is the swim up pool bar area. It simply does not have the same clean and polished feel of the rest of the resort, with some tiles needing to be replaced or additional cleaning attention. The pool is huge and will need constant care as I witnessed it receiving most early mornings. Vietnam has a big problem like many places with plastic washing up on their shores, Premiere Village was near little free with a few transparent plastic bags wedged in the sandy shallows, which at first glance appeared to be jelly fish, but the sadder reality was they were pieces of man made plastic not nature. We never seen any of the landscape staff working along either of the shore lines during our stay which I am sure they do. But in short, the resort should always focus efforts on collecting said plastic and all of us need to pick up such litter if and when we see as we did as much as we could. Facilities wise, restaurants were fantastic, fitness Center is super well equipped (though I never had a full work out during our stay, instead I took a quick tour (but with the intention of doing so) - the men’s locker /changing room houses the sauna and steam room where the former’s door wouldn’t close fully, again, I never used it, but could see the temperature would not have been at the ideal with the centimetre wide gap. I hope this has been flagged and fixed by now .The changing rooms were spotless, offered privacy and lots of space. The games in the lower lobby kept my 11 year old lad very happy. Service; simply, everyone was excellent and super friendly. The resort app is brilliant and is managed to a very high standard so your every need is met at great speed. To name just a few individuals, Andrew during check out, Ninh at Corallo restaurant, Noodles at breakfast in The Market all shone in different scenarios as did many more of their colleagues, but in our haste, we did not take note of their names. We will 100% return and hopefully with the wider family to show them the wonders of the resort and your amazing country.

Family of 4, stayed in an ocean view villa for 5 nights. Spacious rooms with a breathtaking view—just amazing and true to the photos on the website. We enjoyed our private pool every day and loved that it was refreshing. The sunsets and fireworks every evening were spectacular, and hearing the sounds of wild monkeys in the late afternoon was a real highlight. It’s a hidden gem in the 'jungle' with a beautiful park area. The beaches are clean and well-maintained.The buggy service was brilliant, though we enjoyed walking as well. Excellent service from the staff; being welcomed with 'xin chao' everywhere created such a positive atmosphere. Great food for lunch and dinner, and an amazing breakfast. It was very generous with a high variety of fresh, sweet exotic fruits. They even have their own barista, so we enjoyed a perfect cappuccino every morning. We felt like we were living in paradise. We’ve created lifelong memories for our family and truly hope to come back one day.
