1. There were some women’s hair on the floor or in the bath tub. 2. I asked for ice to chill beer but receptionist reply me free ice maximum 2 small bags for a room, if over 2, they will charge. I never heard any hotel/Villa, especially 5 stars one, will charge fee for ice. And then I’d like to make ice by myself in the refrigerator, but when I open it I saw the ice box was dirty… there were some stains on the ice box…

Good experience - like the resort- only 1 thing if you can improve the perfect People go to pick food during breakfast buffer need to wear mask- what if they sneeze out when they walk around- they can take out mask at their table but should wear mask when picking good

The beach was beautiful. Resort seems understaffed, service was very slow in restaurants & staffs are not well trained. Checkin process was lengthy, no one greeted or attended us upon arrival, I have to walk around to find someone to do check in. I was traveling with my grandma, 80+ years old & we have to walk & take elevator down to the lobby downstairs take the buggy back to our room. Up until the last day, one of the bellman then asked us, why dont you request the buggy to pick up at main reception so grandma wouldn’t need to walk quite a trip? Well simply no one informed us we could do that.
