I had a good time while staying in Premier Village Phu Quoc Villa. The landscape was amazing, villa was well decorated.The staff in the front desk was nice, this is Mr. Phuc - very helpful and friendly. All the staff took care of us very carefully and we appreciated so much. The only problem was the pest control, we were bitten so badly when we were in the market restaurant for dinner. The insects were so many and it just ruined our dinner there, so we decided to have dinner in the villa. But after all, everything was nice and we hope everyone all the best to get over the pandemic crisis.

Staffs were very nice and support. But i felt that not enough staffs for all service. Swimming pool had a lot Dried leaf under water. Clean and comfortable villas.

I have been stayed at Premier Phu Quoc last year, the same time. This time we came back and your service is downgrading. First, the good thing is the resort is still beautiful as it is, we enjoyed the villa and the beach while we stayed there. However, regarding service, I was not happy with this time. 1. Reception: We arrived early on check-in day. As such, we had to wait 2-3 hours in the lobby but no one offered my family drink. When I asked for water, they gave me two small bottles even though we had 4 people. And then I realised they had detox drink and I asked for that, they gave me another two drinks. Whole time we waited at the lobby, no one came around to ask if we need drink or clean up or anything else even though there were so many staffs at the time. This was very disappointed. 2. When we were at the restaurant for breakfast, we asked to sit the other side of restaurant since it was very hot and smelly at buffet area, the lady told us to stay here so she can control number of guests. But five minutes later, she took another Caucasian family to the other side of the restaurant. I do not know if this can be called discrimination. However, the resort should think about make it cooler at the breakfast area for guests. In addition, buffet is worse compared to last year. 3. Buggy was too slow. We had to wait for around 45 mins during dinner time. Until we could not wait, we just went out and jumped in any buggy to go pass. They said it was dinner time, buggy is always busy. However, when we arrived at lobby, there were so many buggies there without drivers. If the resort know that dinner is busy time, you should increase number of buggy on operation. 4. Public swimming pool is kind of dirty, not well maintained. 5. Free transportation should be provided to resort guests since this is 5 stars resort. Hopefully the resort can improve those things since it is a beautiful resort and I wich I can come back next time.

I stayed for three nights with my partner for our anniversary. The facilities were modern, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. Service and staff were fantastic, but dining left A LOT to be desired. Everything was what one could expect from a 5-star luxury facility, except for F&B services.

Travelling 2-3 time per month, staying in hotels at least 60 days per year I'm not a fan of writing review, wrote less than 10 in all my life. Being Accor Platinum member, love their properties and service in Swisshotels and Sofitels I was extremely disappointed by this property. Villas are modern and well build, but everything else related to service is total disaster. Room Service: few times when we call they had to drop a phone as they did not speak english and we was waiting 5-10 minutes to receive call back, had to repeat order numerous times, and the only time they did not mess the order was only last night considering we were ordering room service 2-4 times per day. And everything was extremely slow. Restaurants/Bars: had to wait 10-15 minutes to get English speaking person, sometimes dishes were delivered in 1 hours, order were messed up, on a first night they managed to try to overcharge us more than twice, sometimes they were forgetting what was ordered, bringing our orders to others. Few times, same as to get room service had to contact the person at reception to get what is needed. New Year was organized poorly, so we went Marriott were it was done much better. Beauty Salon: they managed to mess up a hairdress right before New Year. Some stuff was really good and helpful, like Channy for example, but overall very unpleasant experience for all the group. Had to leave hotel early. Never had such a terrible service.

My partner and I stayed 4 nights at this stunning resort at Christmas. Our hillside villa was in a quiet location of the resort, as we had requested. Everything was kept quite immaculate. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was included and the selection was enormous. We ate most dinners at Corallo and were very pleased with the quality of the food. The buggy service was good, although sometimes the app seemed to be a bit slow. We didn't leave the resort, preferring to kick back at the beach and our private pool- amazing!! I agree with some of the other reviews about improving the environmental sustainability, especially around plastic water bottles. Hopefully they are considering how to address this. I would return here in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it.

Incredibly relaxing, stunning surroundings and overall great service. The bungalows are beautiful with everything you would need - great additional services, manicure, massage, paddle boarding, gym, sunset rooftop yoga and increble private BBQs. Attentive and efficient staff with great attention to detail for your overall needs. Note, the western beach is better for swimming, also there are no paddle boards/Kyaks on the eastern beach.

Beach front apartment was great with top quality bedroom: bed, linen, toilet utensil... Living room was super spacious, breezy and step away from swimming pool. The pool water was clean and likely treated by modern technology and not using salt or chlorine hence my sensitive skin had no irritation that I used to have after swimming at the other pool. Set-back was the rubbish at the beach despite the hard-work of the cleaning troop from 8am til 16:00, you can nor swim from noon till 16:00. Food quality was average. Shame that you stay at the island and the restaurant can not manage to have any fresh catch of the day.
