Stayed here for a few nights and had a good experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly whenever I needed help. It was also quiet, so I was able to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Nothing over the top, but everything was well taken care of. I’d stay here again.

Angela M. Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The service was excellent! The food was excellent! The staff is excellent! We stayed in room 2105. That room had a very foul odor of mildew. I assume it was from the mixture of the air conditioning and the hot humid outdoor air and also the pool water because this room was a pool walk out room. We did not want to complain and we just dealt with it. I would not get a pool access room again because of this. Also, I would suggest the hotel crack down on guests being allowed to hang towels and clothing over the balcony to dry. When laying out at the pool, this visual really changes the vibe of the hotel and makes it look not as fancy indeed. Clothing racks are on each balcony I assume and they should be enforced. Other than those things, the hotel is beautiful and our stay was amazing.

Dear Angela M., Thank you very much for sharing your detailed feedback. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed our service, food, friendly team, and the overall beauty of the hotel. We sincerely apologize for the mildew odor and humidity experienced in room 2105. Your comments have been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for further attention and improvement. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding towels and clothing being displayed on balconies, as maintaining the overall appearance and atmosphere of the resort is very important to us. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We are pleased to know that you would stay with us again and look forward to welcoming you back for an even better experience. Sincerely, Management Team Avista Grande Phuket Karon

We had a wonderful stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon! The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. A special mention to Yasser, who remembered us throughout our stay and always made it a point to check in on us whenever he saw us. Prem, who checked us in, was also fantastic and took the time to thoroughly explain everything we could expect during our stay. As Accor Diamond members, we were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a beautiful pool access room. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed being able to step straight out to the pool! Breakfast had a great spread of both Thai and international options, and everything we tried was delicious. We opted for the half-board package and had dinner at Portosino Restaurant. The pork chop and crab curry were both excellent and definitely among the highlights of our meal. There was also a fire show in the evening, which made dinner even more enjoyable. The gym was sufficiently equipped for a good workout during our stay as well. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. The lovely room, good food and, most importantly, the warm and attentive service from the team made our stay a memorable one. We would happily return!

Dear Jun K. A. O., Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to know that you had a memorable stay with us and enjoyed our warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and comfortable facilities. A special thank you for recognizing Yasser and Prem. We truly appreciate your kind words about Yasser’s thoughtful attention throughout your stay and Prem’s excellent assistance during check-in. Your compliments will be proudly shared with them and the team. We are pleased that you enjoyed your pool access room upgrade, breakfast selection, dining experience at PortoSino Restaurant, the fire show, and our fitness facilities. As an Accor Diamond member, we truly appreciate your continued loyalty and support. We look forward to welcoming you back to Avista Grande Phuket Karon for another exceptional stay. The room 1114 had a very unpleasant smell of mold and humidity, it was pretty much disturbing. The reception clerk tried to put a humidifier but it didn’t help. Our children had slept inside this room and we were worried about their safety
