lovely resort, right by teh airport so perfect for a late flight. Complimentary iced cool water which was needed in wet season in Darwin!

Everything ok except for the long wait to check in. I received multiple whatsapp messages for a kiosk check in which were complicated and then didn't work. Stood in a line for 40 minutes after arriving at 1.30am.

I found the airport resort to be very well set out, very accessible and great staff. My only problem was Guest Laundry facilities. The ones I was told to use were constantly used by hotel staff for linen etc. I used the facilities in the main hotel, I also helped other guests looking for the laundry facilities and told them to use the machines in the main hotel. The other guest laundry in the yellow/mustard colour building always had "out of order" sign on them. Even at 12pm at night.
