I always stay at the mercure between trips both leisure and work, I have stayed many times as it is perfectly location near to the airport, it’s relaxing, all the staff are super friendly and kind and I get upgraded every time I am there. I have never had any issues here and I always sleep well as I find the rooms very comfortable and quiet.

Our little villa was beautiful and felt auper private. Everything you needed was there and staff were all super helpful and professional. We were able to relax and forget about everything else. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a break and unwind in a little luxury

Complimentary parking was offsite and we were charged $20 per night to park on site in addition to our room costs. We were not notified of any of this before we arrived. A lot of the rooms at the resort were undergoing renovations and I would suggest that the disabled bungalow that was assigned to us should be renovated as well. The fridge leaked water on the floor and didn’t keep our goods cold. We had to put them in an esky with ice. There were a lot of small ants in the kitchen. The fly wire on the screen door was hanging off. The latch of the glass door was loose and wouldn’t lock properly. The lounge was stained and needs a good steam clean. The tiles on the bathroom floor were stained and needs a steam clean. The hand rail on the verandah was wobbly due to a loose bolt at the base. The pool closest to us was closed for renovation.

The fenced off areas of construction need to hurry up and be completed. It is an eyesore when walking around or sitting on verandah and that’s the view.
