Although we went after our check in time we still had to wait for half an hour for our room. The pool was not clean. Had to wait for 20 mins for the baby seat to come during our iftar. The good thing is the behavior of the staff. So helpful and polite. So welcoming. So 10/10 to staff. We ordered early suhoor which we got quiet late. And dint get the complete order. Half of it they brought later. The good part is the food was good. House keeping for also very good as they provided us with extra bed for the kids. So overall 7/100 for the whole experience.

I generally love the service of AlAreen staff, they always go out of their way to accommodate us. However, in my last stay, there were some logistical issues with the villa, the sound system wasn't working properly and I had to call the technician several times, the AUX wire was faulty which led to issues with listening to music and watching movies, the door was broken which made the AC situation problematic since the door needed to be closed at all times for the AC to work properly. And the pool was dirty and I had to call on someone to come and clean it. I spent the first 2 hours of my stay just fixing things, which was not ideal at all. The staff was marvellous, they called several times to ask me if I needed anything and went to the point of always delivering my food to my villa which is great!

The facility is great but it’s not maintained, not serviced not clean! The food is low quality.

I had my wedding at Al Areen end of March, flying in around 80 guests from the UK to stay there, and it was also where we held both events for the wedding. The staff were all an absolute delight. I almost felt like I had made friends during my stay! Received nothing but the most amazing feedback from all the guests who stayed there. The villas were incredible which made the whole trip so memorable for the guests. And then support and flexibility shown by the events team (and to be honest, by most other teams too) was honestly incredible. Hotel was a little dated but it is going through a renovation which should take care of that. Otherwise, I have zero complaints. Totally made my wedding!

The place is amazing but we were not notified that our free breakfast is not free if not eaten at the restaurant as opposed to in the villa. We would have liked more prior information. Service is a bit slow and disconnected.
