The overall experience was spectacular. We’ve enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve extended it. The privacy, the services, the facilities and amenities were all top notch. The only thing I wished was a little bit better was the response speed from the butler and when we order things as they took quiet some time. Very nice place to escape from the city comfortable and relaxing to celebrate our special occasions. But to this kind of luxury place they should provide the maximum best service. As my experience I really disappointed of the room service . I faced a very delayed response of ordering dinner to the villa it was took around more than an hour . And even also when I tried to order water or any kind of stuff to the villa it was tooks more than 20mins. As I hope provide enhancing room service next time to had a special experience while staying in private luxury villa.

The place was lovely and very warm with amazing hospitality however i was very disappointed with some details like the bed sheets and towels were very smelly not fresh bed room had bad smell, stains over pillow, car remote was handed in a very dirty and bad condition and car seat driver side was damaged raised up the concerns but received ONLY s sorry !!!

Everything is good overall, but the service is quite slow. Whenever we call them directly, we get an automated message saying that they are busy and will call us back, but they take a long time to return the call. It also takes them quite a while to come to the villa when we request a service.

We had a great experience there, but we had slightly higher expectations and maybe that's our fault. The service was great, but again we expected better. We just faced some delays here and there, nothing major. Cleanliness was where I expected things to be better to be honest. There are so many pigeons around the villas. They were very noisy during the early morning, and they made the place "dirtier". We had our pool cleaned several times due to many feathers and other things falling into it, but still the surface cleaning was not enough, the filters cannot keep up and more frequent deep cleaning is needed. At times I saw the pigeons drinking straight from the pool water was a major ick for myself, especially in terms of Cleanliness. Again, I don't know if I can blame the resort for this since it's just nature being nature, but a bit more precautions for Cleanliness would be nice. Also, one of the towels on the chairs by the pool got dirty, we threw it on the ground to indicate that we wanted it to be replaced, but when we came back that same towel was placed exactly where it was, also not great.

A very special thank you to Mr. Aditya, whose warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful approach made us feel incredibly well looked after. He turned an already beautiful stay into a truly memorable experience — honestly, one of the best we’ve had anywhere in the Gulf. In a world where luxury hospitality can sometimes feel overly formal or impersonal, this place felt different. Here, we found genuine service, real attention, warmth, privacy, and luxury without losing the human touch. That, for us, is what makes a great hotel experience truly exceptional. The food was very good, and the villa's facilities were spotless, and beautifully maintained. Most importantly, we felt comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team — from the valet and reception staff, to the check-in team, the golf cart drivers, and big salute to everyone working across the hotel. Every interaction added something positive to our experience. A special thanks to Mr. Anirban, who was simply outstanding throughout our stay. He was incredibly responsive at all times, always just a message away and remarkably quick to assist with anything we needed. What impressed us most was not only his efficiency, but the genuine care and dedication behind everything he did. Unfortunately, my arrival this time was quite disappointing, although the situation was handled very well afterward. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, spa, and overall experience. Before my arrival, I had specifically emailed the resort requesting that the villa be thoroughly checked for any lizards, as I have a severe phobia of them, and I also requested that the pool temperature be increased because I find the water too cold at the standard temperature. I was very disappointed to discover that the living room and bathroom doors in the villa were damaged and could not close properly. This was particularly concerning given my specific request regarding lizards, as the open gaps made it much easier for them to enter. At that late hour, I was exhausted and did not feel comfortable waiting for maintenance, so the butler, Anirban, kindly offered another villa. Unfortunately, the second villa also had a water leak in the toilet, which added to my frustration after such a long journey. The pool was also still too cold, although I was informed that the temperature would take several hours to increase. By the following morning, the pool was still not at the temperature I had requested. However, I would like to sincerely acknowledge the excellent response from the team the following morning.The reception team, particularly the very polite and helpful Moroccan lady whose name I unfortunately did not get, immediately offered to arrange another villa so that we could be comfortable.The manager also personally approached us during breakfast and was extremely professional, kind, and attentive, offering his assistance in every possible way. We were eventually moved to a beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained villa in excellent condition, and the pool temperature was adjusted. From that point onward, the rest of our stay was wonderful. We were comfortable, relaxed, and able to enjoy the resort as we had intended. I truly appreciate the team’s efforts ( Anirban, the Moroccan lady & of course the Manager) to resolve the situation and turn a very difficult first night into a pleasant stay. My overall experience was very good, and I remain fond of this resort after many years of visiting. My only request for future stays is that special requests communicated in advance—particularly important ones such as thoroughly checking the villa for lizards and preparing the pool temperature—are carefully followed before arrival. I hope that on my next visit, everything will be prepared from the beginning so I can enjoy the exceptional experience I have come to expect from this resort.
