With the busyness of daily life, sometimes you simply need to treat yourself to a luxurious and relaxing stay, and Raffles Al Areen is the perfect place for that. Everything was wonderful and delivered to a very high standard, but what stood out the most to me was the genuinely welcoming attitude and exceptional hospitality. This was evident at every level, from housekeeping and reception all the way to the management team. Everyone made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. A special thanks to Mr. Aditya. I spoke with him regarding an issue, and he was very understanding, attentive, and able to resolve it without any hesitation. His professionalism and approach clearly reflect one of the main pillars of this hotel: ensuring the complete satisfaction and comfort of every guest. A wonderful experience, and definitely a place I would be happy to return to.

The place was very clean and well maintained. We felt taken care of throughout our stay. Staff were all great but especially Margherita who welcomed us with her smile and positive energy and set the tone for the rest of our stay. An Absolutely Surreal Experience at Raffles As a pilot, I have the privilege of travelling all over the world and staying at some incredible hotels, but my experience at Raffles was genuinely something special. From the moment we walked through the doors until the moment we checked out, everything was absolutely flawless. What truly stood out was the people. Saiful from F&B, Shreyash from Housekeeping, Sampat, Zain, Sajid, and so many others went above and beyond to make our stay feel incredibly personal. Their warmth, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like family. Every small detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the level of service was exceptional. Nothing ever felt forced or scripted — everyone we interacted with seemed genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. I travel frequently for both work and leisure, and it takes a lot to leave a lasting impression on me. Raffles absolutely did. This wasn't simply a hotel stay; it was an experience I will remember for a very long time. too many decorative pillows they were extremely annoying , the sofas were overly rough and hard , the butlers and room service employees and house keeping staff had a terrible odor they meed to shower snd wash their cloths , the food in the in dining menu was either great or horrible ( depending on the choice )

Our stay at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain was truly exceptional and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly private. Our villa was spacious, elegant, exceptionally clean, and the private pool made our stay even more special. What truly stood out was the service. Every member of the team was attentive, kind, and professional, always making us feel genuinely cared for. The attention to detail and warm Bahraini hospitality made a real difference. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Bahrain. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. This definitely won’t be our last visit. From now on, I believe Raffles will be our go-to place whenever we’re looking for luxury, tranquillity, and a special setting to celebrate our private moments and create beautiful memories.

Welcome drinks at the lobby was no longer offered - the warm vibe has changed. They used to be very detailed but the front desk was not aware that our booking was pre paid and she was about to ask us to pay again without checking. This is definitely not a Raffles Standard. Butler Service is superb as always!
