Arrived before 2pm hoping to drop off my bags to see (surprisingly) office open from 4pm. There was a machine to put in reservation ID however my computer after briefly connecting to wifi and internet then showed "no internet" - but a staff member who was cleaning let me in early and checked room was ready - really helpful. Room was basic but fine, well designed, aircon worked well, couple of English TV channels. Wifi was ok on my phone.
