The hotel room was very clean. The shower did not have a glass so this was very unpleasant having water seeping on the floor. The breakfast was very poor. The Bacon and scrambled eggs were kept cold, on another occasion i went for the breakfast at 9.30am i asked for some bacon and the lady said it was finished. other items like cheese where not topped up finding one small piece or non.

A clean comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, served by charming staff on the top floor of the hotel. Very close to the station and nearby restaurants.

Easy to find just a few minutes from Hyères station. Surprisingly comfortable, compact but everything worked and was clean. Breakfast was included and was very good value. The view from the top floor where breakfast was served was superb.

Chambre très petite, couette dans l’armoire degueulasse (poussière, taches jaunes.. poils) beaucoup de vis à vis, beaucoup de bruit. Pas de parking sécurisé et pas de restaurant, aucun intérêt d’avoir un rooftop! Pas de spa

Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. Notre hôtel étant situé dans le quartier de la gare, il peut effectivement y avoir plus de passage à certaines heures de la journée. Cependant, le quartier reste globalement calme. Le parking de la gare est sécurisé par des caméras de surveillance reliées directement à la police municipale, qui patrouille régulièrement à pied et en voiture, de jour comme de nuit. Concernant le SPA, une grande affiche avec les tarifs est affichée à la réception, et nos réceptionnistes se tiennent à votre disposition pour toute information complémentaire. Quant au rooftop, nous comprenons votre déception concernant l’offre de restauration. Néanmoins, cet espace reste un atout majeur de notre hôtel, offrant un cadre agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner avec une belle vue, profiter d’un verre en soirée ou même travailler dans une ambiance agréable. La satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité, mais apparemment nous n'avons pas réussi cette fois-ci. Si vous nous donnez l'opportunité de regagner votre confiance, nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous offrir le meilleur dont nos clients se réjouissent chaque jour.
