Compared to other IBIS budget hotels I stead in, this one is rather ok, except for the acoustics of the rooms. Perhaps I was just unlucky having some drama couple next door, but even when they were not shouting, all conversations and TV noises were very annoying.

Good breakfast. Room easily accessible via the lift, including with my bicycle. However, the lock on my room needed maintenance, so accessing the room needed patience sometimes. I also was not pleased to have to phone the hotel a few days before to give another credit card no. to guarantee the reservation. The room itself was comfortable, az was the bed and shower.

Very nice stay. Room was basic but very clean, comfy bed, decent shower. Shopping centre a few metres away and right next to the stadium which was very handy as we were inToulon for a rugby match. Close to port too.

Booked for a double given 3 singles. Also personnel lift broken and 2nd one kept breaking down over the weekend.

Staff excellent, stay was only hampered by the lift having issues especially as one was already out of use

One elevator fully out of order. 2nd elevator in & out of order & then having to trek up 4 flights 3 of which are narrow back stairs where the lights go off when your between floors. For a solo woman going to her room at night that does not feel safe. The room was extremely warm & switching the aircon on only made it worse. The desk informed me that there was only central control of the thermostat for the entire hotel at this time of year & the unit in the room only controlled whether it was on or off in the room. As my room was also one that was converted into a room with the shower & sink in the bedroom that turned it into a sauna when showering. Also the full length mirror across from the shower - who came up with that bright idea for interior design. I swore after this stay that for my next trip I am paying the extra money & staying elsewhere. The most uncomfortable stay I've ever had at an IBIS hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacy. The receptionist was a bit distant but not very receptive to our questions. She also was more occupied by her phone call. The public parking is not easily accessible from the hotel if you have luggage. Anyone can enter and roam the halls.

No free parking lot provided while practicing free cash on My debit card To somehow pretend a mandatory Booking process. - Leaking toilets while pretending you are ecofriendly for the planet, isnt it called green washing? - I personally witnessed Illegal financial procedures regarding your booking principles: You order & block extra prepaid cash reserve on my debit card lasting during all my stay to speculate with your financial department. It allows you millions euros daily without paying properly the Night Shift concierge who is suppose To prepare the breakfast earlier. - you charge extra expensive breakfast pretending you offer fresh fruits but can’t even serve basic bananas & cooked eggs. - where is the minimum locker room to stock & secure luggages? - Is this a hôtel joke? Or another fraud from ACCOR / All hotels group?

First in ALL.com aplication was writen free parking near, parking inside. But when I ask the receptionist where to park for free, he can't show me exactly where, wherever he says, but the next day you have to pay. When I ask about indoor parking, as it said in the app, I find out that it is for a fee. When we were in the room, the air conditioning stopped cooling and was making an unbearable noise. We wanted another room, but the receptionist told us that the hotel was full. So we slept very little that night. He suggested we ask for a discount and wrote me an email address to which I should write a complaint. I wrote a complaint, but I did not receive a response.
