Everyone was professional and very pleasant. Aude was exceptional! She was very professional and always helpful. She was always eager to find solutions to help our stay be even better. We almost missed our boat after a week of traveling. Aude responsiveness and attention to detail saved our day. She is an amazing person. Please give her the praise she deserves. As the hotel is located on the first floor of the centre the signposting of the location ( ie clear signage at the ground floor level by the access stairs) is needed as I and many other guests experienced difficulty in locating the entrance of the hotel.

Easy walk from the station, right next to the old port with a line of bars and restaurants all on the water, and literally next door to Mayol stadium, which also meant that our team (Harlequins) was also staying here! Room was great, comfy bed, and lots of breakfast. Perfect.
