No lift from the street. No electrical stairs (where broken). No hot milk at breakfast: I don’t like powder milk and I ask for hot milk and waiter said just “no”.

The same issue as in ALL ACCOR HOTELS: avoid plastic matress cover. Please find another way to protect matresses that does not make people sweat while sleeping on a plastic bag. The other point: scrambled eggs from powdered / already mixed eggs was bad. It was dry and tasteless. We could tell once in the plate it was not from fresh eggs.
