As a regular visitor always greeted warmly by the staff. I always stay in room 404 which is perfect as I have a separate lounge area whilst I am working during my stay. However the room is looking quite shabby and would benefit from being redecorated and the carpets cleaned.

We stayed for 2 nights, upgraded as gold card members. Very clean hotel, nice common areas including the pool. Rather dated from the outside, but well worth staying at. Short walk to old and new town centres. Very good breakfast.

My room wasn't as clean as expected with the toilet stained and mould marks on the sheets. My dinner was tepid, not hot. Really not the experience I was hoping for.
