We are very pleased to receive your compliments and will share your feedback with our team We are sorry that the room did not suit you, because the type of room you booked is on the road side and half of them do not include a balcony. Indeed we were not full that day, but know that you can contact us before your arrival to ask us to allocate you a room quiet and including a balcony, we would have upgraded with pleasure. Dear LAURENT B., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Hyères Centre. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. There is no kettle or coffee maker in the standard of our brand but the bar is open at all hours. Our rates depend on the attendance around the hotel, the seasonality and our privileged place on the Var Coast between center and sea. For your stay, we have taken care to offer you a more spacious room than the one you initially booked. We are sorry that you still found the hotel expensive for the services offered.
