Madame, Nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre aimable commentaire et vous remercions chaleureusement d'avoir pris le temps de nous en faire part. Nous sommes désolés que vous n’ayez pas été conquise par notre literie « Sweet Bed By Ibis » au standard de notre marque Ibis composée d’un matelas de 16cm ergonomique et d’un surmatelas à mémoire de forme de 7cm. I stayed for 3 nights on business and found the Ibis Hyeres very much to my satisfaction. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only criticisms would be the absence of fresh coffee at breakfast and the lack of English language TV stations.

Even though I stay one night but my experience is exceeded the exception. the next day morning I have to go back to Paris by train, my train from Hyeres at 6.30am so I inquired about my early leaving from Front Office while I was check in. The receptionist is really helpful he arrange taxi for me and early breakfast.

Good hotel. Didn't seem to care that we were traveling with a disabled person.

I informed the hotel before arrival that we were travelling with a disabled person who sometimes makes noises. Shortly after arriving, we received a phone call from reception complaining about this noise.... We gave a suggestion to minimise the impact of the noise but the hotel ignored our suggestion.
Dear Mr. H., thank you for your comments following your stay. I am sincerely sorry that you did not appreciate the welcome you received more. I personally took care to contact you, apologizing several times for customers who called the reception after your arrival around 11 p.m. Knowing that the hotel was full and that most of the other customers during the week are working, I was just asking you if your boy fell asleep easily so that I could respond to other customers. Of course, I didn't mean to offend anyone. Please understand that as a hotelier, we are obliged to ensure that everyone can rest. Regarding the disabled space, I confirm that only cars with authorization and "disability" sticker are parked there. You were able to enjoy it 1 minute after your arrival. I hope that my explanations will have been beneficial to you and that we will be able to regain your confidence for a future stay in Hyérois. Alizée, reception manager

The staff were all lovely and excellent at their job. On the whole the hotel is very basic. Cleaned room everyday was appreciated as were the clean towels and friendliness of the chambermaids. I think the price is very high for the offering.
