From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. Check in was efficient and our room was ready for us immediately. Throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic - a delicious range of local produce and dishes presented in a buffet style. The room was well appointed and had great views. The bed and furniture were comfortable and so were the pillows (they had a range of different types). The hotel was centrally located and within 10 - 15 minutes walk from the city centre, the Guggenheim and other attractions. A most enjoyable stay!

The overall hotel is nice and the staff are helpful and cheerful and the location is convenient for Bilbao but my room (401) apparently was very close to a club/bar that runs from Thurs-Sat and is open until 5:30 and 7:30 am! The noise was so bad I got no sleep. The hotel was kind enough to move me to an interior room the following night which I appreciated but I really think no one should have to put up with that kind of noise in a hotel room.
