My room smelled musty, and in order to open the window I had to return to the reception (because the phone didn’t work) and sign a form so they could unlock it (the room was on the first floor with a rooftop terrace in front of the window). No wonder the room didn’t smell good if it couldn’t be ventilated.”

The room was not cleaned properly at all. There was thick dust in all cracks and corners. There was a literal SHIT STAIN on my toilet seat. After talking to the reception, I couldn't get another room, because the hotel was booked out. A lady came to clean it and I got offered no reimbursements at all. Only a short admission, that it shouldn't be like this. I would have expected at least a little something, some small kind of concession. Outrageous! The bed was not comfortable at all, and I woke up with back pain both mornings. The service was horribly understaffed and one had to wait very long to get served. Then they served very cheap food for expensive prices that had way too much salt.

Was meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat, ist die Tatsache, dass der Rechnungsbetrag trotz der Bezahlung vor Ort weiterhin auf meiner Kreditkarte blockiert wird. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es bis zu 90 Tage dauern kann, bis die Blockierung aufgehoben wird. Dies wird meine zukünftige Wahl erheblich beeinflussen!
