Beworben mit eigenem Parkplatz hat die späte Anreise (ca. 21.30) gezeigt, dass es nur eine Hand voll Parkplätze gibt und im Umkreis alles Parkplätze mit max. Parkdauer von einer Stunde sind (zwischen 7 und 22 Uhr!). Der Empfang war freundlich, leider konnte die Hotelsteuer aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen nicht mit den Übernachtungskosten auf die Firmenkreditkarte abgerechnet werden, so dass hier unnötiger Mehraufwand entstand. Das größte Manko waren die Zimmer - der Flur war ohne Bodenbelag und hat entsprechend gemüffelt. Das Zimmer hatte kein Schloss mehr an der Tür und war recht hellhörig. In Summe ok, aber nicht dem Preis angemessen.

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, nur das Licht im Badezimmer ist einfach zu lange eingestellt, da nützt auch die Zeitschaltuhr nichts. Da kann man Strom sparen. Leider wurden meine Kopfhörer, die ich im Hotelzimmer vergessen habe nicht gefunden und es kam keine Reaktion auf meine Anfrage ob etwas in Zimmer 1518 gefunden wurde. Das Zimmer war top und das Frühstück auch. Gut finde ich auch die Leihflaschen für Wasser. War sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

Well located hotel that I visited a few times already. But the noise from the nearby elevators was unacceptable!

good location for a business trip, the room was very cold despite of adjusting the temperature. Reception did not manage to send me the invoice for the stay although I was promised to get it via e-mail (never got it), maybe it was sent to Egencia?? there was no response on my e-mail
