Everything was great, friendly staff and great location very close to the city centre but not too busy neighbourhood so the night sleeps were restfull.

Lovely hotel, fabulous staff, great location We had a lovely stay in this well located hotel in Innere Stadt area. Reception staff were very welcoming. The room and bathroom were gorgeous. Toiletries were provided and the mini bar, tea/coffee station were appreciated. WiFi was also available. The cleaning ladies were so efficient and friendly. On the last day at check out we were able to leave our cases in a secure room until we were ready to go to the airport. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again if ever fortunate to return to Vienna.

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all, its central location, a 5-minute walk from Stephansplatz, allows you to easily explore the entire city. Special thanks to all the hotel staff, who made our stay unforgettable. Overall, an excellent hotel, 5 stars well deserved.

We came back after our last visit 10 years ago - love this hotel - feels completely fresh, new bathroom and kept spotlessly clean by the lovely Lila. The location is fantastic- close to everything but very quite. A big shout out to all the reception staff who were very friendly and efficient, particularly Oliver who went out of his way to point out some of the lesser known Christmas markets which we went to and loved. Highly recommended.

Great location – very close to Vienna's most famous sights, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. However, there were issues with the rooms, considering I'm a Gold Member of the hotel group. I was extremely unpleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms offered – near the elevator, the room was quite cold. The bathroom was also problematic. The second time, after much effort, I got a decent room. The staff's attitude was a bit odd, although my experience with the Mercure Centrum was much better.
