Great location – very close to Vienna's most famous sights, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. However, there were issues with the rooms, considering I'm a Gold Member of the hotel group. I was extremely unpleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms offered – near the elevator, the room was quite cold. The bathroom was also problematic. The second time, after much effort, I got a decent room. The staff's attitude was a bit odd, although my experience with the Mercure Centrum was much better.

Hotel is small and the room is small. I like the design of the hotel, and it looks trendy. The location is great, closed to subway and bus stops. Room service is provided everyday, and complementary drinks (coke, diet coke, beer, orange juice, and water) is a great welcome. It's also closed to the airport bus. It's closed to St Stephen cathedral and the Gaben street.

I wish if I could give the hotel rating more than 5 stars. The service has been great and everything was smooth upon our arrival. Staff were so friendly and supportive, the room was not ready as we came very early, but they kept the luggage for us. Breakfast is phenomenal, loved the variety and the amazingly helpful and warm staff Magda and Yourek! Both are so warm, diligent extremely professional! They made my breakfast experience so unforgettable!
