My 4 day stay was ruined by a group of families who thought it was ok to put children in rooms with no adults, so they played up until 1am. And I contacted hotel management twice but got no assistance. I moved rooms in the morning but that's another inconvenience. I'm sure this happens all the time so it's pretty straightforward for management to tell people to BE QUIET AFTER MIDNIGHT

I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay at the Manstra, which I found to be both classy and beautiful However, I encountered a significant issue that I believe requires your attention. On the night of January 24th, at approximately 02:18 someone knocked on my door multiple times. This unexpected disturbance disrupted my sleep, which was one of the primary reasons for my stay. The person knocked four times, and before I could react, they ran toward the lift, which I could hear descending. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that you investigate this matter at your earliest convenience. Ensuring the safety and comfort of your guests is crucial, and I would appreciate any updates regarding this incident. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
