Booked a 2 night red hot room rate. Upon checking in the cot that was booked wasn’t in our room, checking out we were told we owed money on the room. When booking a red hot room rate the purpose of that is to pay upfront with no cancellation. Spent way too much time with management trying to figure out what was being taken out of our account vs what needed to be charged. Food was charged to our room when we paid at the restaurant.

Mantra hotel was Very clean and quiet.the guy in reception was vey nice.it has modern and comforting furniture.but breakfast time was short and it could be more diverse.we reserve it by booking that was good price .we have late check out and it was very helpful.
