Nice room, nice food (breakfast and ala carte), spacious parking lot. The room also clean and came with some nice free Malang chips to eat. Unfortunately, some staffs need to be more friendly especially the doormen. There is a mini bird park should you love to feed them or see them flying around you. Some improvement can be taken are to improve the rooms to be more soundproof. I stayed on 2nd level from the top floor (18th floor) and still can hear the car sound from the main street. On that level, when there is an event on the Sky Lounge, just be prepared to not be able to sleep. :)

I only stayed for a night with my kid. but it was memorable one. clean ambience, friendly staffs, very well hospitality, full facilities especially for the kids. my kid and I was so happy and satisfied with both the hotels & the service. special thanks to miss Nova (if in not mistaken) the one who is stand by at the kids corner activities, she guided me & explained me very well. it is very highly recommended for kids. besides the complete facilities, there is also some very fun activities like cooking, animals feeding and so on. I will be back again and again if I have enough money LOL😂 unfortunately, I found the electricity went out two times at around 21.00. even for a second, but it was a little bit disturbing. so I hope the management would solve it

Total Bliss – Didn’t Want to Leave!” My partner and I came here for a little getaway, and wow, it was exactly what we needed. The pool area was so chill and relaxing. Honestly, every single person working there seemed genuinely happy to help – they really went the extra mile to make us feel pampered. Little touches, like welcome snacks in the lobby, just made it feel special. Breakfast was a huge spread with tons of yummy stuff. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel has a great vibe overall. We’re already daydreaming about our next visit. Truly a wonderful escape.
