The staff were very friendly and very hands-on, we were welcomed the minute we arrived at the hotel. Our baggages were picked up from the car and the check in process was simple and quick. Hotel room is clean and the interior is well organized and updated. Breakfast was superb with various option from traditional and international menu.

The room was good. Smells nice and very clean. The food needs to be improved, it's okay but nothing special on the menu especially the savoury.

Didn't get any advantage from my ALL Accor Plus Gold Membership

I am very disappointed because at this hotel I did not get benefits from my ALL Accor Plus Gold Membership. In other Accor hotels, if rooms for upgrade facilities are not available, the hotel tries to provide other benefits, such as a better location or other facilities. At this hotel, the staff didn't even explain the unavailability of upgraded rooms if I didn't ask. The staff explained that higher type rooms were not available, when I asked. The welcome drink which as a Gold Member facility is also nothing special.
