Impossible to modify the temperature of the climatization in the bedroom, even with the employee, it was set at 25,5°... Needed to leave the window open to get fresh air but outside it is the motorway... - So very bad night & experience and at the question of commercial gesture, the answer was : not allowed. I am a long time customer of ALL hotel, i feel little disappointed.

I booked a suite, which was spacious and comfortable. I'd have preferred a walk in shower rather than one in the bath. It's not so easy getting in and out as one get older? The bed was confortable and there was plenty of pillows and towels. The two TVs would be good for a family. I'm not sure why, but this is the second or third time there have been flashing street lamps in the roadway outside my nedroom window. I don't like the shutters closed so that was a bit annoying. Other than that the stay was pleasant, as always and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

I have one remark. The rectangular shelves above the desk in the room has very sharp corners. I (1.85m long) hurt my head badly . If you could simply round the corners so that an eventual hit would lbe less painful. Would be very glad to find that corrected on my next visit. Thanka in advance.
