We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated the excellent online customer service and that we were able to accommodate your last-minute request for a cot. We’re sorry that the high temperature in the room made your stay uncomfortable. Our hotel does not have air conditioning, and we understand that this can be particularly difficult during periods of very hot weather. We also take note of your comment regarding the bedding. Regarding breakfast, our offer is intentionally simple and adapted to our budget-hotel concept, but we understand that it did not fully meet your expectations. The room was stifling and boiling hot with no ac and thick bedding but the online customer service was excellent, the hotel also set up a cot for us as a last minute request which was appreciated. I wouldn't have purchased breakfast if I knew what it was as it was very simple and not much choice but it did the job.

Staff were fantastic and so helpful, bedrooms and bedding were flawlessly clean. Breakfast was minimal - toast and cereal, juice and hot drink - but good products, all of it tasted great. Our 9 month old was very taken by the brioche loaf. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will 100% be back

Great for our 1 night stop. Comfortable bed and nice, clean room. Friendly staff. The problem was that the parking is not locked (not even a gate) as in other F1 hotels, so we were not comfortable leaving our stuff in the car.

Bon séjour, hôtel propre, personnel accueillant et gentil. Dommage que les clients ne pensent pas que d’autres dorment quand eux sont réveillés. Entendre les portes claquées qu’il n’y a qu’à retenir la porte et la clenché pour éviter du bruit inutile… parler fort dans les couloirs tôt le matin en même temps. Concernant l’hôtel nous n’avons rien à dire c’était très bien.

Hôtel sale et mal entretenu. Trace de merde dans les sanitaires, cheveux et poils dans la chambre. Personnel agréable seul point positif. Après demande auprès du personnel d’accueil il semblerait que le nettoyage et désinfection des sanitaires ne fassent pas parti de leur mission! Donc on paye une nuit d’hôtel pour bénéficier de la merde des précédents occupants ! Merci Accor et merci hôtel F1 pour ce magnifique séjour que je ne manquerais pas de partager.
