considering the current situation, everything very well managed. returning my rental car it was noticed a long scratch on the car. this could have only happened in 2 locations; the business i was visiting or the hotel carpark. can you please check your CCTV ? the car was a black Fiat 500x and was parked in the furthest place away from reception. merci

ROOM WAS OK, BREAKFAST NOT GOOD, BUT YOU TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR MEALS I NEVER HAD. ALSO THERE WAS NO FULL BREAKFAST OVER THE WEEK END. AND YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO CHARGE FOR BEER AT 8.50 euro PER GLASS A RIP OFF

For the breakfast during the week end i personnaly prepared it for you, and except of egg i didn't have this week end i offered you the full breakfast and even prepared bacon, we usually don't prepare on week end . for the charge of the Meal i see on my system that my colleague did take it off your invoice. We arrived late at night enroute south. The staff were helpful and we arrived to a prepared room. The downside (and the only reason for.our mediocre scoring, was we arrived to an unclean toilet in our room with splash marks in the wall and floor that easily cleaned off with water and a tissue. In times of a pandemic it is most concerning to note that a road side hotel would have lapse cleaning standards. We flagged it the next morning with the front of desk staff who seemed to take the matter seriously and immediately notified the head of housekeeping.

Chose hotel because had good experience with previous Novotel stays and thought would be convenient for stay at Chartres. In addition knew restaurant would be open so no problem meeting covid 19 restrictions. Location was that convenient and meal in restaurant was poor compared with previous experiences. Staff were friendly but not very welcoming and had some trouble paying when leaving.

This was our first overnight stop on our journey back to England from the South of France. The hotel and food were excellent. The restaurant was very crowded which meant that service was, at times, a little slow but, in compensation, we were offered a free glass of wine for the delay between the main course and the dessert. The staff were very friendly

From the moment we arrived it felt as if huge amounts of effort had been made to make the hotel feel extra clean and safe. A welcome stop on a nightmarish day ; Traveling from Cannes on August 14th ! Hotel was good ; We were able to have dinner at 10mn past Ten PM ; And the whole experience was good ; The guy running the restaurant was very good and efficient

Industrial park location but near the motorway Dinner was a buffet which seemed unwise in a Covid era. Decided to find a supermarket for dinner instead. No room service. Online check in/out was made pointless as after depositing room key we were asked to go through normal check out. Asked and offered a ground floor room but ended on 2nd floor. Hand gel dispensers were empty on the 2 occasions I tried to use them.

We chose the hotel because it was close to the motorway and we did not want to go out to dinner. The welcome given by the staff was excellent and they carefully explained about the hygiene standards. We enquired about room service they said of course we could have it. The barman took our order there and then and promised dinner in 30 minutes. It came on time with both hot and cold food and the drinks ordered. The room was comfortable and very clean. The stay beat our expectations and we were very happy with it.

Charged for breakfast I didn’t eat

After checking out from the hotel I received my bill by email and found out that I had been charged for two breakfasts we didn’t have! There were three of us so it was odd that they decided to add this onto our bill. The toilet room also smelt damp in our room

However we cancel them at the check out if not taken. It seems there was a mistake ,and those 2 breakfast have been refunded on the same day as your check out .
