Regarding the shuttle service, we regret that you were unable to board despite the prior booking. Kindly note that the shuttle operates on a fixed schedule to accommodate all guests, and departures are required to be on time. We understand this may have been frustrating, especially when traveling with a young child, and have reminded our team to remain attentive to guest arrivals. Regarding your room, we apologize for the delay upon your arrival. While it was finalized within a short time, we acknowledge that it did not fully meet the expected readiness at check-in, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
