As so many indians Vist this hotel but very limited Indian breakfast and also very limited vegetarian options and I personally recommend to improve the breakfast options for indians.

Nice people and the atmosphere was pleasant. The hotel food was generally quite good. Breakfast was prepared with great care and was plentiful and varied; the generous supply of fresh fruit was much appreciated. This aspect was excellent. The facilities are starting to show their age and aren’t being properly maintained. The grounds were beautiful. The options for children are very limited; they aren’t up to the standard of a 5-star resort-style hotel. I would recommend the spa services. The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor and there was a lot of disorganisation. In addition, the furnishings inside the rooms are old and dirty; a thorough clean of the curtains, walls and furniture is needed... The pool water was very cloudy too.

Rooms were clean. Pool areas were a bit messy, but ok.

We arrived at 15:00, the check in process takes 5 mins, then the front desk said she will check for the room and ask us to wait and have a welcome drink. After 10 mins, no one approach us. I go to the same staff and check if my room is ready, she look puzzled and ask my name. That means she did nothing after asking me to wait.

No towels on the pool side in the evening. Asked pool guard he said - hotel all towel finish. no towel… My 5 years son was all wet. After requesting some one else got towel after 25 mins. Asked for towel in room, it took them more than 30 mins to deliver the same. The staff was not supportive at all and did not understand basic English as well. The property was truly amazing but staff needs good training. I faced major issues with it.
