I arrived with high expectations, especially given the reputation and standards associated with the Novotel brand. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the beginning, the overall upkeep of the property left much to be desired. The corridors were stuffy and appeared poorly maintained. The condition of the room was equally concerning, with several issues including non-functioning lights, a television that would not turn on, and inadequate cooling from the air conditioning. The dining experience was another letdown. The food lacked flavour, with the main course being quite bland and the desserts noticeably dry. There was also a lack of attentive service at the restaurant. I had to keep my used plates aside myself, and they were cleared only after I specifically asked for them to be taken away. The limited variety of food options was an additional disappointment. I chose Novotel with the expectation of receiving the level of comfort, service, and hospitality associated with the brand. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of those expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the maintenance, food quality, and overall service standards.

stayed one night on a business trip. used the restaurant , Gym and pool . Room was good, restaurant and food was good, breakfast spread was nice . Gym needs more equipment, and pool is over chlorinated (eyes started burning badly as I didnt get my goggles ) . OVerall satisfied but can be improved.

Very well maintained room, ample food choice, good IT backup service and noise-free environment makes this hotel the most preferred choice for me. The combined room tariff with breakfast and dinner was quite affordable.

It says 5 star but from facilities and maintenance front it is equivalent to 3 star. Rooms are comfortable but lobby needs a lot of tidying up as it’s worn out and sometimes smell. The AC is wall analog type it needs an uplift to remote or digital as room temp got pretty cold. Breakfast buffet was good value for money. Location is good.

Smart TV unavailable - No Netflix, Prime Videos, Youtube and Jio Hotstar. TV was like a dumb in a room. Even Hindi channels were unsubscribe, No News channel. No entertainment in a room atall.
