Your comments regarding housekeeping standards, room servicing, staff interactions, room condition, and water dispenser availability have been noted and shared with the relevant departments for immediate review. In line with our sustainability programme, housekeeping is conducted on alternate days, and guests are informed of the servicing schedule upon check-in. Nevertheless, we understand your concerns regarding the consistency and quality of the housekeeping service provided during your stay. We take cleanliness and hygiene standards very seriously. Your observations regarding housekeeping practices and room preparation have been escalated to our Housekeeping Management team for investigation and reinforcement of cleaning procedures and supervisory checks. Regarding the smoking odour, our hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Additional room inspections and preventive measures will continue to be reinforced to ensure guest comfort. As part of our sustainability efforts, bottled water is not provided in guest rooms.
