the lift has zero ventilation which was suffocating and is of top safety issue if there's any operational stoppage. the breakfast area is pathetic with no space to accomodate any crowds making it totally uncomfortable for anyone to sit and enjoy a simple cup of coffee

Had a great overall stay at IBIS styles! Room was pretty big with a work desk at the side which was useful. Clean room with all basic amenities provided! Self service laundry is also available so that’s really convenient. Location wise it is surrounded by all kinds of food although it is quite a walk to the MRT but the hotel has kindly provided free shuttle bus to Tai Seng MRT at certain timing! Staff were all friendly and helpful as well :) The only feedback I might have is the lack of refillable water! I understand that tap water is drinkable but for people who still prefer filtered water, the refillable water tank runs out fast. But when feedback to the counter staff, they kindly offered the water from the staff room which helped us a lot. Thank you so much staff! Would definitely stay again :)

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The property appears poorly maintained and the overall standards do not match what I expected. Room servicing was only provided on alternate days, which is not ideal, especially for guests staying multiple nights. The reception staff, particularly some of the ladies at the front desk, came across as quite rude and unhelpful. Overall, many of the staff seemed disengaged and not particularly passionate about customer service. The housekeeping standards were especially concerning. On one occasion, I observed a housekeeper using a hand towel to wipe both the toilet seat and toilet cover. I also noticed that a room which had reportedly not been cleaned for nearly 48 hours was serviced in approximately seven minutes, raising questions about the thoroughness of the cleaning process. Adding to the frustration, I was reminded twice that the hotel operates a strict non-smoking policy, which is completely understandable in Singapore. However, the room I was allocated had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival. Another inconvenience was the lack of readily available drinking water. There is only one water dispenser for the entire hotel on Level 4, and it is frequently empty. Guests were often forced to walk to the gym area to refill their water bottles instead. The location may be convenient for some travellers, but the poor housekeeping standards, lack of maintenance, inconsistent service and inadequate facilities significantly affected my stay. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Water refill stations are available for guest use, and we acknowledge your feedback regarding accessibility and replenishment. We will review ways to further enhance convenience for our guests. We also appreciate your constructive suggestions regarding housekeeping standards, staff training, maintenance, guest communication, and water accessibility. Fridge didn't work on 1st day, this was repaired and then the safe didn't work.
