Ibis Styles Macpherson was a surprise. The reception team was accommodating and friendly. The resto Chat and Chow was quaint but rather complete in their breakfast buffet. The resto was neat and the staff were hardworking and accommodating. Jomari and Ron were helpful and the cleaning ladies were hardworking. More variety to the buffet menu can still be done. as we stayed for 1 week. More meat... More ingredients for the salad. Pancake maker was cool. For housekeeping, Ronnie was also helpful and accommodating. Overall experience is great! Congrats!

Great staff, always friendly with a smile and willing to help, especially Emily, Elma and Fifee. Good food at a reasonable price. An enjoyable stay which met all my needs with kindness and helpfulness. Will definatley stay again when I'm in Singapore.

i had a good time staying this hotel. This one of the best ibis style hotel ever stayed for the view and good deal for red hot room. I really like the warm welcome by the staff. Sadly i only stayed one night. Only one suggestion, the arrangement of the breakfast outdoor need to abit further from the food as its quit squeeze in between table and the food walkway.

The room is clean, interior design is okay, the bed is comfy, the receptionists (Grace / Elma) and staff are friendly. Hotel location is convenient, close to many food stalls, close to a bus stop and MRT station. My overall experience is good!
