Very nice interiors. Good location. Some downside was the slow housekeeping service, you request something, and it'll take a while and some follow ups to get them. Elevators were cramped, the smallest I've seen in a hotel, but since it's only 9 floors, wait shouldn't be too long. View from the rooftop was amazing. Bed was cozy, but pillows were too soft. Water pressure was strong, but shower drain was clogged? Small insects are around but not that bad. Would probably be back, or try another Accor hotel to compare.

Great stay with my family! I just hope there will be improvement in some areas though.

Everything seems so perfect. Most of my requests were attended and provided by the Hotel Management. We celebrated my daughter’s 18th Birthday and stayed for a night for two rooms. We were provided with compliments for a Gold Accor Member, a plate with fruits and small pastries and a bottle of fresh fruit juice. They also gave my daughter a slice of cake (twice in our room and at the restaurant). They also prepared balloons in our room and gave my children 3 complimentary dog stuffed toys. They provided us a special rate for breakfast which I availed for all of us. We were also given complimentary welcome drinks that we’ve claimed at the Coconut Grove. They also allowed us to check-out late around 2PM the next day. It is one of the perks of a Gold Accor Member. They did an excellent job making us feel very welcome and well-pampered. Customer service was great! My comments were, the swimming pool have algae scattered everywhere and my youngest son was so frustrated about it. They also do not provide shaving kits and laundry bags in their rooms anymore. The reason why I mentioned the laundry bag is that, my kids swam at the pool and they have wet swimsuits. We didn’t bring plastic bags with us. We were all looking for any signs of laundry bags in our rooms but there were none. I called the reception to request for two pieces but the lady I spoke with told me that they only provide laundry bags for those who’d avail laundry services. When we checked out from our room, my children were holding their wet swimsuits and the others put theirs together with their dry clothes inside their luggage because there were no laundry bags where we could put their used wet swimsuits. The cable connection was not good. We can’t watch the enitre movie without connection disruptions. I am hoping the management can address my concerns too.

The stay was wonderful. Great restaurants. Comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. But the best is still the staff, from porter to concierge to staff of all levels.. the genuine smiles and never-too-much attitude left the deepest impression on me. Would highly recommend this hotel for those who have exhibitions and conventions around the area. The nostalgia decor in this hotel makes everything a real discovery from the secret book shelf door to enter the bar to the infinity pool view at roof top… just beautiful.

I wouldn't stay at this hotel again as it is not within walking distance of any social areas. Too far from any mall where I can quickly go & eat something or buy souvenirs for my family. Nowhere near any pub where I can go listen to live music for an hour or two to relax.
