Hotel was good. But I no longer had the experience I had when I first check into the hotel. During my first stay at the hotel, the door man ask for my name and immediatey they know who I was and directed me to the club lounge for check in. I only experience this once. It was an amazing experience and I was impressed. But sadly this never happen any more in all my future stay till today.

Hotel itself is nice. We had a bay view from the 7th floor room which was wonderful. The room was comfortable and modern. We loved the complimentary happy hour that comes with executive suite. Good selection of snacks and beverages. Breakfast was included but if we had to pay for it, then, I would be underwhelmed. Average breakfast item selection and average food quality geared towards cheaper food options. For example, sushi offered did not include fish. The sushi selection was imitation crab, vegetables roll and sushi with cucumber. Upstairs restaurant location is impressive with sweeping views of the bay. Location of the hotel is good if you plan on taking a taxi or a ride to whatever the place you want to go to. It is not walkable- no sidewalks, no pedestrian crossing to the promenade along the bay. All in all, we enjoyed our 4-night stay there. I would recommend staying there.

Everything was perfect. Great food in the poolside and lobby. The staff were all genuine smiles. I wish they did not call the guest room early morning if the check out time is noon. Because guests are sleeping. It is important to respect that guests do not like any calls waaay before check out time.

Very attentive staff in a beautiful hotel. The pool area gives all guests a fabulous view regardless of room type and the bar there is fun. Check in staff are super friendly and highly efficient.
