The lobby was stunning, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Dining at Ruby Wong was a truly memorable experience. It felt as though we had been transported back to old China, with its unique atmosphere and charm. We were also grateful for the complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Room, although the window view from the second floor was less appealing than expected. The team initially missed my note regarding our anniversary celebration. However, they were able to recover the experience with a thoughtful anniversary cake, which we greatly appreciated. First of all, the whole staff were extremely helpful and efficient with everything. From checking in, to housekeeping, room service to checkout - everything was seamless. They helped us with everything we needed, very efficiently. And that made our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. On top of that, the rooms were well maintained, spacious and food in the hotel was also really good… (There is a chocolate cake they served for our anniversary - not sold in the cart - it was SO SO GOOD. we wanted to purchase more but they very kindly gifted us in room service the next night! Lucky us!) highly recommend celebrating moments with them! Thank you to the Admiral Hotel staff for making our moments. We will definitely be back.

At around 8:55pm someone from room service rang the doorbell even if no one ask for them and we were all asleep already. I was also requesting for late check out twice and they keep on telling me they will call thru the landline at my room but neither called.

Always seem to have a problem with Room Service - don’t know if the staff does not speak English but they get the orders wrong about every other time I stay at the Admiral. I have shared with management on multiple occasions but this is the first time I am sharing in my review.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The staff were very accommodating, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character, offering a meaningful glimpse of history for the younger generation. The rooms were spacious, private, and comfortable, while the pool was especially inviting and offered a panoramic view of the sunset. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again.
