Great hotel and very courteous staff. My two feedback points are as follows: a) the room cleaning could be done earlier, especially on working days. b) Sometimes the housekeeping would not pick the phone and phone keeps ringing.

Had the pleasure of spending the weekend at Novotel Nairobi and it was magical as usual. Thanks to their amazing hospitality and staff lead by Elizabeth (Asst FO Manager ) and Ofcourse the amazing Stephen at the concierge with his great sense of humor and genuine enthusiasm for guest satisfaction. I was upgraded prior to arrival and also my late check out was honored .
