Once you get through the slightly challenging parking and check in situation the hotel is very pleasant. We were given an upgrade on my room which was much appreciated and our stay, whilst short was very comfortable.

Great hotel and very courteous staff. My two feedback points are as follows: a) the room cleaning could be done earlier, especially on working days. b) Sometimes the housekeeping would not pick the phone and phone keeps ringing.
