1. Severe Water Quality and Safety Concerns Upon arrival, we discovered that the running water across all appliances—the sink, bathtub, shower, and toilet—was a distinct yellow colour. Given the obvious hygiene risks, this water was entirely unsafe to use. We approached management several times regarding this matter. Despite explicitly informing your team that I have highly sensitive skin, the duty manager dismissed our concerns and insisted we continue using the unsafe water. Furthermore, when we were offered a room change, we inspected the second room and found it suffered from the exact same discoloured water issue, proving a building-wide infrastructure failure. 2. Unacceptable Service Delays and Avoidance Because the running water was unusable, we requested clean, filtered water for basic hygiene. Initially, staff inappropriately sent two buckets of the same yellow water to our room. After rejecting this and contacting management twice more to follow up, it took over an hour and a half for potable water to be delivered. To compound the issue, we were explicitly promised that management would be available the following morning to discuss these failures before our departure. However, no management figures were present at check-out. 3. Mishandled Special Requests and Billing Errors Prior to arrival, my partner arranged for a surprise box of chocolates to be placed in the room. This surprise was ruined when the manager directly mentioned the arrangement to us right after check-in. To make matters worse, we were double-charged for this item on our final bill and had to expend extra effort to get the duplicate charge corrected. Given the complete lack of basic running water, the dismissive attitude of your staff, and the subsequent billing errors.

Everything was well but dining in the coffee shop at “L” floor needs serious attention,,like one has to beg for the waitress there at the coffee shop to clean the table,,and here attitude too wasnt so accommodating,,The waiter making coffee and drinks came to our table smelling alcohol..the Italian restaurant and the indian restaurant service was amaizing,,and the staff very professional,,including housekeeping,bell boy,valet,receptionist were so kind,,the coffee shop is a huge mess,,everyone else is amaizing

During check in, we were asked for my plus one’s ID and she hadn’t carried it but she had already checked in online prior to her arrival. The issue is, it wasn’t written anywhere that we are to carry hard copy ID’s and this was also not communicated to us during booking yet we were in constancy communication through email with your staff. We did mention this to the lady at the check in station. She had to wait for roughly 20- 30 minutes at the reception area which was unwarranted for something that wasn’t communicated. Kindly note that she did have a soft copy of her documentation but this wasn’t sufficient at first.
