Dear Mr. J., Thank you very much for taking the time to provide such detailed and constructive feedback regarding your recent family stay across three rooms. We are glad to hear that you found our property to offer good value for money, compact yet practical rooms, and a convenient base for travelers with a rental car. Regarding your concern about redeeming Accor points at check-out, we would like to sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience caused. As an ALL Accor member, your loyalty is deeply valued. Certain booking channels or tariff structures do restrict on-site point redemption, but we fully understand how frustrating this discrepancy felt compared to your other stays. We are reviewing this procedure with our front desk team to ensure clear and accurate communication regarding points usage for future visits. Thank you also for highlighting our location for fellow travelers. As you accurately noted, we are located 8.5 km from Vienna International Airport (VIE) via highway (S1/A4), which takes about 10 minutes by car—making us an ideal choice for guests traveling with a car. We truly appreciate your balanced feedback and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to ibis Vienna Airport on a future journey. Best regards, Your Team at ibis Vienna Airport
