This was the 4th hotel i stayed at in my 5 day trip to HCM and i left to the end as i wanted to have a great memorable experience . I was disappointed that despite booking a few days ahead the checkin process was shocking and raises concern on your data security. My reservation details were jumbled with another guest and i only knew this when i asked if I was able to have a late checkout and was said only 1pm which is a standard extension and not as a platinum member . I was not recognised as a platinum member as i checked in - I was not told to come up to complete the process on level 22 but stayed on the ground floor , was not given an room upgrades and only several hours after the Welcome amenity arrived to the room. All very reactive and inconsistent knowing I was staying . Comparing this with my stay at the pullman where I booked less than 2 hours ahead they had their processes well defined to service . Other than the recognition and checkin experience other elements are good . The doormen particular helpful and proactive in helping .

We loved our stay at this hotel. It’s elegant with beautiful rooms and the best rooftop bar! For us the service stood out as exceptional - lobby staff, concierge, housekeeping and bar staff. Everyone went out of their way to assist and it felt very genuine and warm. Special thank you to Linda the lobby manager who showed outstanding care when my sister became unwell - she went above and beyond and we appreciated it greatly. Would absolutely return to this hotel!

We recently visited Saigon for a holiday, and staying at this hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived and checked in until the day we left, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after.
We stayed for a total of seven nights and genuinely felt like VIPs throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Tan Nhut, the Senior Bell Supervisor, who took the time to get to know us and went above and beyond to help us in more ways than we could have imagined. His service was absolutely top-notch, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
Another star was Minh Quan, who without fail brought a bucket of ice to our room every evening, helping us unwind and deal with the Saigon humidity after a long day of exploring.
Ronaldo Tran, Thang Long, and Cartoon - thank you as well for your wonderful recommendations and for always making sure we were taken care of.

our room was upgraded upon arrival but, we did not like the layout of the room and asked to be accommodated in the room type that we reserved (the upgraded room was the same size as the one we booked but, had the addition of a free-standing bathtub in the room, thereby, making the sleeping area very tight. None of the room types that we booked were available so the manager, generously, moved us to a corner room. It was lovely until the next day when there was a very strong, toxic odor of oil-based paint fumes overwhelming the room. the odor was very strong on the whole floor and management had to relocate us to, yet, another room. Other customers on the floor told us that they had to be relocated as well. The final room was very nice; it was just a bit inconvenient shuffling to three different rooms for a three night stay

Overall good service and rooms. But a top tier hotel should have direct access the carpark and should not require us to walk to next building to access it.

Every member of the staff was exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional, with the bellmen standing out in particular. I stayed at several luxury hotels during my time in Ho Chi Minh City, but this hotel was by far the best.
What truly sets it apart is the genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality of the staff. I would consider this the best hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

My partner and I were warmly welcomed and were treated very well. The hospitality was great and the service from the staff was fantastic.
The only little issue is that the hotel failed to inform me that there was renovation scheduled and that caused us our nap one day, and the ability sleep in on another day. A little compensation was given to us as apology but I would have avoided a hotel under renovation with drilling and knocking.

Room was great and service by the staff, and rooftop and restaurant however our stay was compromised by renovation works taking place on the floors above for some hours when we were trying to sleep after extensive travelling.

Very well located, walking distance to many popular spots in HCMC. The hotel is well designed, even the bowl and plates in the restaurant are very pretty. The staff is very helpful from the doorman to front desk, restaurant team and housekeeping.

We stayed for 2 nights, welcome was great, little things to eat in the room were very appreciated, only the first night's checking was a little slow and there were a couple of additional charges on the room which I didn't expect (they were not on the bill for the 2nd night we had).

I had a brilliant experience at this hotel, and I’d like to give a huge shout out to the staff, each and every one of whom is truly phenomenal. Best hotel staff I’ve experienced anywhere. Give these people a raise!
The amenities and restaurants are fab, and the pool on the roof is a super cool experience (if a bit cold…). Bar food is decent and the cocktails are great.
Breakfast is very good and served in a very genteel atmosphere. The cafe downstairs is elegant and the staff are very nice. I didn’t try the upstairs restaurant (Albion) as I’m British and didn’t fancy a British tasting menu while on holiday in Vietnam!
My only complaint is that there is something a bit weird about the rooms... When I arrived, the scent was like someone had left cut flowers too long - overripe and slightly decaying. I discovered that this was the case for my mother-in-law’s room, too, so maybe it’s the cleaning products. The rooms also felt oddly old-fashioned - there’s just something about the interior design that has gone too far from ‘quietly grand but cool’ and too close to ‘seedy seaside hotel in Scarborough’. These things could be easily rectified with something as small as a different cushion on the armchair; just something more modern! Please guys, your hotel is marvellous; let’s just sort out these rooms!
