Suit room with balcony is pretty. Location is great. But check in experience should be better. They kept me wait until the last minute and staff might be politer. Smell is an issue on the hotel floors as well.

Despite the information on the webpage, the bar in the hotel was closed. The room temperature was not controllable, due to centralized control during winter. Thus, the room temperature was too high, and could only be brought down by opening the window (at temperatures between 5 and 8 Celsius - not a very favorable energy balance.

Well located and lovely staff. I would like though for the pillows to be more comfortable and for there to be extra blankets available in the wardrobe as I was a bit cold the first night.
