Lovely large room with balcony. A little noisy at night with traffic and general noise but it is in a city! Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Easy to find from Firenze Central station. Good looking modern hotel, but it is let down by the lack of soundproofing, which is a shame. Staff friendly and helpful. It also needs a little care for maintenance, it's showing some age

The hotel - particularly the bedroom - was fantastic . One of the most spacious and relaxing bedrooms we have ever stayed in. Great shower and excellent nights sleep. But .... the breakfast experience on first morning 7 May 2022 - is probably the worst ever experienced at an Accor hotel. We were asked to book time for our breakfast - 0830hrs. We arrived at 0830hrs to find most items unavailable / run out - including fruit, milk, eggs, etc. The staff were were working very hard. / running around clearing tables from earlier sittings and were not replenishing food and drink supplies. Overall this breakfast was very stressful and a complete shambles. We raised our concerns at reception when we finally emerged from a very slow breakfast. We highlighted that based on our experience we would probably not use a Mercure again. I would add that the breakfast was far better the following morning.
