This is the hotel that we normally stay at when we are in Florence. It is located near the train station and close to everything. I loved this hotel as we are always looked after here. Kudos to the staff for making our stay very welcoming.

I stayed in Mercure Firenze Centro for a week from January 18-25. Staying at one hotel for seven days in Florence was a decision that required some adventure, especially late at midnight, so I sent an e-mail in advance to inform some request. And when I arrived at the hotel, Mr. Mauro of the reception welcomed me and he was a perfect hotelier. He explained everything about breakfast and hotel use in detail, and above all, he was very kind. After that, I had never met Mauro for a week, but I was able to meet him again on the early morning of the check-out. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mauro for helping me to move my luggages with a kind smile on rainy outside. I was very satisfied with the hotel, but it wasn't soundproof (of course, it's largely because of the people in the next room who screamed and ran around loudly until late) and I drilled it twice because the sink was blocked, and I think it could be because the original building was a theater.
