We love our stay in this Hotel. We love the cleanliness, modern amenities & decors, , friendly helpful staff , that clean heavenly scent in the lobby when you come in. The room was lovely with a balcony with patio chairs and table in it. Close to restaurants, shops and places of interest. We were not able to do TV streaming despite we were helped by the staff, perhaps issues originates from our mobile device. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. We’ll love to stay again here in the future.

This hotel is so well located from the station. Only a few mins from the Centrale station. The breakfast although quite a small room was really nice. The ladies there so friendly.. reception very helpful . I was taken back at first as a platinum status this year I have travelled a lot in Asia where it is quite different...I usually get breakfast for free and bottles of water and acknowledged.. In Europe no free brekky and pay for extra water .on saying that I must sound a bit of a princess !!! Haha...but in the end I loved my stay..felt safe in area on my own.. restaurants cafe close by..would definitely stay there again..loved Florence thank you

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We booked a suite for our family of four, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and kind. Mercure is a very nice hotell in Florence, with a good location close to the train station and a short walk from the Duomo. Overall good standard, and very good sized room, in an old theatre/cinema and the staff was excellent.

This is an amazing hotel, great location with amazing, friendly staff BUT there is one aspect of this hotel that would make it difficult for me to stay again. I travel for business and not having an iron and an ironing board either in the room or able to be bought to my room for use makes this hotel unworkable. I wont travel downstairs to the lobby to iron clothes every day! Given you can utilise irons that have an automatic shut down feature the argument of an iron in the room being a potential fire risk is just not an adequate reason to inconvenience your guests in such a manner. There is really little else to fault with this hotel.

The room is nice, of good size, with a terrace that look to the garden, I loved it. The bathroom is also a nice full bathroom with a big shower tan hot water. The breakfast is delicious, with all sorts of breads, fruits and cured meats, good coffee, juices and tea. I certainly would return.

My wife and I recently stayed 4 nights at the Mercure Firenze Centro. It is centrally located, well within walking distance to all points in the center city. The room was large with a king-sized bed; the furnishings both in the room and the on-suite bathroom/shower were modern and well maintained. The room was air-conditioned, clean, and quiet. The front desk staff were very efficient and polite; the house cleaning staff were expedient and competent. Breakfast was adequate. We would also recommend the hotel for families with children.
