Terrible breakfast and poor room - ground level noisy

From check in to check out I had a very good experience in the Mercure. I really liked the design of the rooms and of course the terrace. Just some minor cleaning issues (hair on towels).

Best location, but water pressure is too weak, and water temperature is not stable. Good staff training, every staff will greet customers with smiles. Also, I am surprised that 4-star hotel use paper cups to replace all the mugs. That makes me feel I booked a 3-star hotel.
