Hotel was located very centrally near the train station. Very easy walk, even with luggage. The staff at the hotel were lovely and always greeted you with a smile when walking past. We stayed on the top floor with a room with a balcony, which was great. We would definitely stay there again. We were there for 7 nights

We had a very pleasant stay. The location right near the train station was great for the easy access. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and Santa Maria Novella is an easy walk. The Duomo and Medici Chapel are not far away either. The breakfast was very good. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next time we are in Florence.
