The location is perfect for travelers with large luggages. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious and well organized. However, there were mosquitoes in the room. We stayed for two nights, and there were more mosquitoes on the second night than the first. From check-in to check-out, I did not open the window even once, so l'm not sure where the mosquitoes came from. This is the first time l've experienced mosquitoes in a hotel. My child was bitten four times on the face and neck.

When I booked the hotel, on the website it stated AC was in the rooms - Temperature Air Control Air Conditioningwhen we got to the room, it was very hot and the AC controller on the wall failed to cool the room down. I went to reception and was told there was no AC, they offered a move to a bigger room which would be a bit cooler and a better location to open a door. I had to pay and extra 20 euros a day for this. This is pretty much unacceptable when your website states that AC is there.....Temperature Air Control Air Conditioning This ruined my whole trip.......especially as it was a special trip for our wedding anniversary.
