Four night stay that was reduced to three nights because of a flight cancellation. Staff was very understanding that my “late” arrival would be extra late. They made sure I could check in to the room immediately when I arrived before noon hour. After a flight from North America, this was an amazing gesture of kindness!

The Mercure has a super convenient location a couple of minutes' walk from the main station. I was very pleased by my room upgrade - very spacious, comfy and perfect for friends. Reception and bar staff were always friendly and helpful. Also loved the provision of a water refill station and coffee/tea in the lobby.
