Hotel location was good, 5 mins from train station, lot of foods around the hotel Staff were all very nice n helpful, free coffee near the reception for morning n evening Room was spacious for family of 3 but the internet was extremely slow, only toiletries were 3 in 1 (Bath, shampoo), no shower cap, no toothbrush though Basin seem to be chocked as water took a long time to be drained out, bath shower pressure was also not big enough, need to half squad for ladies with long hair to properly wash hair. Need to press and hold the Hair dryer button which is round in shape, making it inconvenient n painful because of the shape. Overall good experience if you are not the fussy type 😂, just bring all your own toiletries to save the earth 😆

This was our second stay with Mercure, first in Lyon, and this won’t be our last. We’ve enjoyed both stays with Firenze also being a great stay and experience. Location is right in the heart, a 2 minute walk to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and being on a main strip to the local leather market running everyday in San Lorenzo. Food options are also endless with supermarkets being readily accessible too. Street is narrow and it can be hard to walk down with suitcases, but this aside this hotel is a great stay.

We stay here for two nights and it was super convenient based on the e location. 5 mins away from train station Few supermarkets around you less than 5 mins walk. Room is clean and tidy Staff are so friendly , they checked on us everyday to make sure our pleasant stay which we are much appreciated. Trainee Maria and her trainer treat us so nice.
