Hotels rooms were clean, hotel stuff were helpful and kind. In the front of the hotel there is a parking area. Breakfast was basic but still you had plenty of things to choose and I never left breakfast hungry.

Room was small like all Italian hotels. No refrigerator or coffee maker. King bed was comfortable, TV was smart but needed phone to watch anything. Located far from town center. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and hotdogs along with all the Italian fixings. Bathroom was bigger than the other 5 hotels we stayed in. Walk in shower closet. Soap in bottle provided. All workers spoke very good English.

PLUS: good location, easy to get if travelling by car - also noticed public bus stop outside (didn't try) friendly staff just a standard room (but clean, quiet) but enough for safe and comfy overnight sleep cheapest private parking compared to any hotel I've been to in EU (7eur/night) MINUS: really poor breakfast - can't remember if saw something like this before ;-( the mail problem is that I WAS CHARGED TWICE - once at arrival at agreed price, few days later noticed another charge on card with higher amount !!!!

The first amount you noticed was a pre-authorization hold placed on your card the day before arrival for the cost of the first night. This is a standard procedure for reservations with a cancellation penalty, ensuring the reservation is secured. This amount is only a temporary block of funds, not an actual charge. The second, higher amount you saw was the actual and final payment for your stay. The difference in the amount is because the final charge includes the city tax and any additional services or extras you may have used during your stay. The initial pre-authorization should drop off your bank statement within a few days (the exact timing depends entirely on your bank's processing time, usually 5-7 business days). Only the final payment amount is taken from your account. If the pre-authorization has not disappeared from your statement after a week, please contact us directly so we can provide you with the necessary authorization code to expedite its release with your bank. We deeply regret that our process caused you concern and that we did not communicate this policy more clearly at the time of your booking or check-in. We take your feedback about the breakfast seriously and will review our offerings to improve the quality and variety for our guests. We value your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future.
