The worst experience at a hotel that inaccurately calls itself a "hotel." My stay (6 nights) had the following low points. 1. The carpet they put on the floor of the room was simply disgusting. All stained to cover a floor that looks different in the photos on the website. 2. The plastic shower curtain was disgusting, with obvious orange stains (probably from bacteria) and dirt. It didn't make you want to shower there, especially considering the discomfort of how poorly designed it was. The water outlet in the middle of the tub was painful for your legs. 3. Parts of the toilet seat in the shower were covered in adhesive tape (probably broken). 4. The shower curtain had moth holes due to its age. 5. We had to go downstairs to ask for soap for the shower; they didn't have any when we arrived. The solution was to refill the soap the next day (even though we notified them as soon as we arrived). 6. My partner and I stayed here, and EVERY day they only left us one towel. We had to complain before they would deign to give us the right amount. They also left us pillows for one person. 7. There wasn't even a glass to drink water. Even the cheapest Airbnb has a kettle and cups, but this hotel left absolutely nothing. 8. Air conditioning: It worked, but it really sounded like something from the 1960s. Really old, impossible to sleep with the noise. 9. Bidet: Every place I've stayed in Italy previously had a bidet, obviously this place doesn't. 10. Area: We rented this place considering we'd have a car to get around and to be on the safe side with a "hotel" in terms of quality. It really didn't meet the minimum standards. All of the above, in my opinion, made the stay a total disappointment. P.S. The sheets were clean (basic, I think), and the Wi-Fi worked well, haha.
