It is a good hotel - well aligned with other Ibis that we've stayed in other locations. Service is simple, but good enough. We've chosen this hotel thinking if would be an affordable stay while staying close to Firenze - but the way to the train station is not so walkable, crossing roads and giving you a feeling of danger due to sharing them with the cars.

it is our second few days stay in ibis prato. perfect for Florence tours. IBIS PRATO i a few minutes by car to Prato Centrale railway station. and then in 12 minutes is in Firenze. Across the hotel there are mall and some discounts with a lot possibilities for afternoon aperols and dinner in nice restaurants close to hard rock cafe as feeling and menu.

I've known this hotel for many years, and it's never lowered its standards. Some things, like breakfast, have improved. If only there were a bottle of water in the room, it would be perfect. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine except when booking with Accor direct, but the Express check-in is a waste of time. Only once has it worked after using Express check-in 10 or 15 times, the desk still ask for passport and other details. This is a major fault with the Accor app.

Where to start, first of all this should not be an Ibis hotel, when I search for sleep I check the usual chain hotels as I try to avoid privately owned older hotels. Boy was I wrong. Worst ibis hotel ever. Maybe this would be ok if it was 25e a night. When I saw the price at reception that walk in is 250 hahahha i would go crazy if i would pay that. Breakfast not up to par with other. Bed was honestly shit. Pillow was even worse. No ac, window in bottom floor is opening only full. Come on in middle of italy in bottom floor to sleep with an open window. I got a sore neck and my father got a sore bed the sleep was terrible as it was hot. The single beds are narrow. The light in the bathroom is soo strong no setting. All in all the hotel price is high for what you get as said maybe 20years ago this would be acceptable budget option. Will think hard next time I am deciding in ibis again if I have not been previously there.
