First of all—even though I paid the full rate for my stay at the hotel, the hotel is still holding the charge for the first night on my account. During my stay, this hold was not lifted; the issue is essentially left to my bank, which will lift the hold, but only after one month has passed if the transaction has not been posted. Secondly, the hotel staff do not take the initiative to replenish items on the breakfast menu. Guests have to point out to the staff themselves when something is missing or not working—such as the coffee maker, missing plates, glasses, etc.
