The hotel is located a bit outside the city center of Florence, near a big shopping mall, This gives good value for money. Nice welcoming staff. Comfortable sleep in a ordinary type room. I liked the bath tub in my room. The hotel bar closes a bit early, but why not.

I arrived at 10 i asked the receptionist for my room she said the check in is at 14:00 i told her that i have already sent an email to check in earlier , which she replied i would give a room now but you have to pay 15€ more. The key never works. Everytime i had to go to the reception to fix it. That was very annoying. I called the hotel one day to get me a taxi to get to the hotel and they said no do it yourself This is my worst experience with a hotel ever

Bed mattress was so old and unbalanced, lighting of the room are very dull. Basics are not available in the room, very low varieties of breakfast, Air Con. Of the room is not cooling at all.
