Room was a little warm and air con would not blow cool (still winter) Good food outlets available from next door massive super store which unfortunately blared out loud music all day, but luckily not after 2145! Shower was normal Ibis, continually changing between hot and cool. Daytime receptionist was very helpful, changing our room to a cooler one and printing off directions for park and tram (very cheap) to access central Florence. Breakfast not as good as normal Ibis fare in France. Poor selection of bread.

Hotels rooms were clean, hotel stuff were helpful and kind. In the front of the hotel there is a parking area. Breakfast was basic but still you had plenty of things to choose and I never left breakfast hungry.
