The hotel offered the expected service for Novotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Upgraded room was welcomed, despite air conditioning not working properly.

Convenient place to stay near the airport. Taxi was $20 each way. (Maybe we got ripped off?) Staff was great. Restaurant fine. I accidentally left my credit card behind when I checked out and they contacted me to let me knw. But, the bedroom had NO OUTLETS by the beds. There were outlets across the room. But, there was no way to use a CPAP or charge by phone on the night table. To get access to outlets, I ended up dragging the bed across the room, and changing the bedding so my head was at the other end.
