Still waiting for the invoice. I asked for it when checking out and the people at the reception told me I had to ask for it through the App (first time since I'm a member). I did that, but after a few days, no news.

I was unhappy witht he amount of light in the room. I could barely see enough to pack my suitcase. Also, the room was excessively hot with no way to cool it down. Overall, very uncomfortable accommodations.

Friendly staff at check in let down by less-than-friendly staff at breakfast. The worse Novotel breakfast in my Novotel-Mercure experience. The corridors were dank and musty - perhaps asa result of all the possible windows that can be opened irrespective of which floor in the building. Safety concerns anyone?
