Based on the hotels dirty carpets in both rooms, I would not recommend this hotel. in addition the bathroom in one of the 2 rooms had an awful smell either coming from the toilet or shower. I called down and someone came to pour something into the toilet and down the shower drain. This hotel should not be rated as a Novotel Hotel. The staff were friendly.

we had two nice rooms on the 7th floor. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar and a well presented dinner in the restaurant,. The service and staff are very nice.

Hotel was quite okay. Nice rooms and comfy beds. It was just a pitty that the pool was closed in the morning for water testing.. (which could be done before opening hours) after when the lock of the pool was removed, it was still not allowed to swim.... kids were very upset as we booked on purpose a hotel with pool. Later on we saw from our room that persons were swimming...... and we did not receive any info raised a complain, never received feedback

The hotel is not located in a pedestrian friendly road, reaching it on bus or foot takes .5 kms walking and crossing the highway 3 times with no crosswalks it’s extremely unsafe. The ac was not working properly the first night, after informing the reception they made some changes but it was still uncomfortable to sleep too warm. Lastly, since I had for breakfast that I could not eat, they agreed to give me a boxed breakfast, what I actually got was stale cake and pastry with a big water that nobody asked for and an apple. This hotel was a waste of my time and money, would never recommend. The staff however was nice, called me a cab when I was leaving.

The receptionist was super professional and helpful, with a great level of English. She informed us about our card status and the related privileges—a first for me! This is exactly how service should look. Great job, Novotel team! I wish I remembered her name, but she was a bit older than the rest of the staff.

This hotel Is NOT close to the Florence airport despite calling themselves an airport hotel. Was still an almost 30 Minute drive. No shuttle. Could have stayed somewhere in the city centre and been closer.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable stay. We needed a comfortable place to recoop from 10 days in the hot Italy summer sun before traveling 24 hours to go home and this hotel was perfect! The AC was heavenly. The staff were very welcoming and answered all our questions as well as arranging a taxi for our 4am transport to the airport. Thank you so much!!
