total durty & unhygienic bath room; pool whole time closed, without pre-information on booking ( in view of the price, simply said: fraud; very loud party ( till abt 4 o'clock in the morning ) at the pool/patio ( which strengthened the noise pollution enormlous )without any reaction of the hotel staff used really often ( businesswise/privately ) All-Accor hotels, but have had never such terrible experiences last not, least - the girl at reception was very helpfull to organize trips to the city

it was ok.. the towels were old and rags. no place to get snacks or drinks when restaurants were closed mold in the shower toilet flusher did not work well couch had stains

The room was not clean, there had woman's hair on the pillow

I was quite disappointed with the stay. The rooms are in need of a generous update, including sound insulation, towels, carpets etc. Unfortunate incident at the restaurant onsite - a hair in a plate of pasta certainly killed the appetite. The waitress did handle it well though - apologised and didn't charge for the dish. I'm quite disappointed in the Novotel brand after this.
