Incredibly helpful staff and a comfortable stay! My only feedback is that I thought it would be easier to get to the hotel from the airport - it was a 25-30eur taxi each way depending on the time for a very short drive. A free hotel shuttle running between the Ibis, Novotel and airport would have been hugely appreciated

The reception was very kind and supportive. The hotel in an overall was clean and organised. The sockets in the room seemed too old to function well. The breakfast was offered with various choices but the taste in comparison with other Novotel hotel wasn’t satisfied. For the ones who need to take taxi from Florence Airport to the hotel need to be aware of additional cost to be charged as I understood Novotel Hotel is actually located in another town, which isn’t in Florence.
