We were welcomed warmly by the Cerretani Hotel front desk who did more than the routine check-in. Alessandro provided us with helpful information on our location and nearby sights and made a dinner reservation. He was friendly and gave tips for my daughter for walking trails to/from the Boboli Garden (big hills to be considered). Our room was the Medici Suite (paid upfront for the suite, would not hope for an upgrade as I am an Accor Basic member). Of course it was expensive, but after my stay I feel that it was well worth it for our party of three adults. The bed mattress was wonderful, room was very clean and well maintained daily. The breakfast was very nice with tasty hot options to start the day. I have not stayed at an Accor property in many years as I no longer engage in business travel to Europe. I am really glad that I chose the Cerretani Hotel Firenze to remind me how well Accor treats their guests - warmly and with a helpful spirit. Thank you!

The location and services provided are of the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the room and public areas were lovely. There was an attention to detail in all. Breakfast was self service but the staff were on hand and offering to fulfil any special requirements. Would definitely stay here again
