From the well-maintained room, delicious breakfast and welcoming staff, our stay was most enjoyable. We enjoyed the opportunity to have tea or coffee in the afternoon or a drink at the bar in the evening. The location of the hotel is excellent.

When we originally checked in we were given a room in what appeared to be an annex. The view was of the alley behind the hotel. When we called the desk about it, the gentleman on duty said that all the rooms were like that and that we had been upgraded (not true). Having been traveling the entire day, we just gave up and spent the night. The next morning we spoke with Steffania, who was happy to help us a switched us to a wonderful room. After that, everything was exceptional. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, what you expect when you stay at a hotel of this quality. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful especially Rebecca, Andrea and Simona.

The hotel is well located 5 min walk from the Santa Maria novelle train station and near to many nice hotel And restaurants. Nice shopping area.short walking distance to all places of interest duomo Florence , academia and etc . The service is excellence and very comfortable bed and nice rooms (thanks to Stephanie and Alessandro Buffet breakfast is yummy and awesome ! All is great
