I had high expectations from an MGallery hotel, having stayed at various establishments in Australia and Asia. I must this stay fell short of the expectation. Breakfast choices were very limited (even compared to the Mercure we stayed in Napoli). Room is pleasant enough, and location is convenient, but very dissapointed with the breakfast option

Based on my recent stay, I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional combination of convenience and service. The location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. My room was impressively clean and well-maintained, a clear testament to the hard work of the housekeeping crew, whose polite and attentive service was consistently excellent. The only aspect that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, which was disappointingly slow. Aside from this, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

We stayed in a junior suite on the 4th floor. Comfortable stay, friendly staff and excellent location. Room was nice but very disappointed that the water pressure was so feeble - it literally dribbled out of the shower and running a bath took over an hour! Breakfast was also very limited and mediocre Overall a nice stay but simply lacked the nice little details that would have transformed this into outstanding and differentiated the hotel from its peers
