Hotel is in a great location close to the main train station and popular tourist spots. Interior common area is ok but not the latest, the elevator is due for an upgrade (very slow) Room was clean and has a nice luxury touch.

The hotel is in a great position. We were generally satisfied with our stay but some annoying features. The lifts were appallingly slow and inadequate, the front door was difficult to operate and breakfasts were not great. Our room was ok but had only one chair.

Great location and very comfortable stay. Only an easy 7 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. Reception staff helpful, friendly and very responsive. Happy with my stay: strong wifi, good water pressure, quiet and restful with comfortable bed. Room immaculately clean and nicely laid out. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

there were only 2 minor things that could have been better .. The bathroom door did not shut unless you slammed it . The instructions to load the coffee pods into the machine were vague , although I was able to figure it out.
