The location and services provided are of the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the room and public areas were lovely. There was an attention to detail in all. Breakfast was self service but the staff were on hand and offering to fulfil any special requirements. Would definitely stay here again

Great view of the infamous Duomo! Beautiful upgraded room, well decorated. Breakfast was good, you can order omelettes and there is other food there. Quiet and great location. I would return and recommend to others

This hotel is perfectly located next to everything you’d want to visit, including shops and restaurants, plus the laundrette. Otherwise it’s only a short 15min walk to everything else. And bonus, it’s actually quiet inside. No room service and very limited food at the bar, but the cafe right next door is exceptional for both food and alcohol.
