The location is perfect, near the train station and city center. The room assigned to me was very clean and cozy, a perfect place to relax after a busy sightseeing day. Breakfast is included and there was also snacks during tea time. Because of its location, I can come back to the hotel to relax for a while and continue sightseeing once I rested a bit. Last but not the least, service by the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant/bar staff are fantastic. I hope I can come back and visit again.

Cerretani is centrally located and makes getting around Florence very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Here are some good and bad things about it. I'll rate it 3.5 stars out of 5. Bad: The revolving door didn't work half the time. Leaving was fine. However, if the revolving door wasn't working, you had to buzz in, wait a worker to come over and let you in. It was very frustrating after a day of exploring the city or if it was raining. The beds were hard and we had to ask for a mattress topper and it wasn't any better. The elevators are small—as are most in Europe but one of them takes the cake. It has a max weight of 700 lbs. Feels... super small and the way it kinda 'drops' to settle once it reaches your floor is a bit unsettling. Good: Fridge had complimentary drinks that normally are in a paid fridge. So, that was cool. They did address any issue we had. The location is amazing. I felt we were a 10 minute walk from everything. The employees were very helpful. The bar area was nice for a night cap. Very clean hotel and they had free umbrellas for the guests to use. I hadn't seen that in any hotel we stayed yet. They had a tea time every day. We did it once. It was nice.
