I was in Firenze for work. It was easy to book online, and to check in online also. When I arrived at Ibis Firenze Nord Aeroporto, the check in was fast and courteous. The room was very clean, but the carpet needs to be changed. I was delighted that the airconditioner was working well and so was the plumbing/hot water/lights. Aside from being minutes away from the airport, there were a lot of restaurants nearby where I could go for lunch and dinner. The attendant at the bar was nice to give me some chips with my cola order. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Good value for money.

The facilities are bad, asked to pay for hot water and not allowing to refill water at the bar. The hotel room is too dark as there is no light and the air con is not working. Is a bit disappointing compare to others ibis franchise that we stayed in other cities.

The chip reader of the room didn’t work during all my stay, first day been waiting over 1 hour to get it opened, nobody tried/ offered me to change room/find another one. Receptionist Valentina was talking not in a polite way. Not recommended experience

I had higher expectations for this hotel. The building and furniture were old, the hairdryer was melted, breakfast options were poor, and the staff seem.
