Hotel was very tired and needs a refresh, especially the bathrooms. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms and no safe to be found.The breakfast was limited and the coffee was the worse Ive drunk in Italy. However the Staff were friendly and helpful.

the hotel is nice and clean, however the rooms need some renovation especially the bathroom. Parking is insufficient and it should include for free the below ground one
