The staff was nice, but the hotel room was old and tired. It was in need of renovation. The lighting was extremely dim and some of the light switches were not easy to locate. The room was located by the lift, so it was very noisy when people were waiting for the elevator. To make matters worse, during the entire stay only one of two elevators was working, which made the wait time very long. It was also not clear where to find the stairs. The stairs by the lift are for emergencies only, and the other stairs are hidden further along the corridor. Finally, the hotel's location is disappointing because it is nowhere near the airport unless someone has a vehicle, which is very deceptive. It would have been nice to have an airport shuttle bus. I booked this hotel to be close by the airport and was disappointed with the location.

The hotel is clean with basic comfort. The 3 staff on the reception desk were busy when we arrived. One eventually checked us in, but without a smile or a welcome. The refreshment area was not properly staffed. However, the young women on Reception at 5am when we were leaving was delightful!

The first room I had been assigned, was clean, but very disorganized, things like the pillows and towels had been launched in their place. Apart from this, someone sat on the bed after it had been made, the walls were damaged.... I did get the room changed very kindly by the personnel, but these details are relevant.

Location is good for business, rooms are comfortable. Breakfast need to be improved: is not the first time that I cannot have my breakfast as the room is full or groups with no respect of any rule. Food is not enough and coffee machines are out of order or too busy to have a coffee. Too little personnel to allow for a smooth service. Suggestion is to have separate rooms for business guests and tourist groups in order to offer a decent service to both.

Very impressed by the helpful staff. They’re able to let us access our room a bit early, so we could drop our luggage before heading out to make the best use of the rest of the day. What would make it even better is if there was an airport shuttle that they ran.( The cost of a taxi to the airport is quite obscene.)

Very long wait times due to the paid internal parking, which required constant trips to the crowded reception. Elevators were always busy. Room was very dusty, partly due to the carpet. There was no refrigerator in the room, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast: very dirty tables, full of dirty dishes, and I didn't see a clean environment.

View from the room was great, water pressure for the shower was good & the room was well appointed. Aircon system could be improved - very fiddly; stopped working when trying to go to a lower temperature. All in all, a good stay - staff were pleasant and friendly, in both the reception and restaurant areas. Would recommend and stay again.
