Very long wait times due to the paid internal parking, which required constant trips to the crowded reception. Elevators were always busy. Room was very dusty, partly due to the carpet. There was no refrigerator in the room, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast: very dirty tables, full of dirty dishes, and I didn't see a clean environment.

I chose this hotel due to it's closeness to FLR Airport and the arrival time of my flight. It provided a safe clean stay. The room was clean and equipped as expected for the accommodation rating.

View from the room was great, water pressure for the shower was good & the room was well appointed. Aircon system could be improved - very fiddly; stopped working when trying to go to a lower temperature. All in all, a good stay - staff were pleasant and friendly, in both the reception and restaurant areas. Would recommend and stay again.
