The receptionist was very helpful. The room is spacious and had a good view but the breakfast and service are modest. The advantage is that the hotel is located behind a mall. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel should make a gym.I think for a business trip the hotel is perfect.

Front desk very helpful for us. We were in room 220 wondering about the cleanliness of the carpet. 😬 Were the black smudges dirt? Breakfast very nice.

Bad, dirty hotel and room

I am a gold accor member and always booked by Accor group hotels. This was a vey bad experience as the hotel is very dirty as well as my room . I sent an email with photos as evidence on September, 30th to the hotel manager. However, up to now he/she did not reply to my email or giving any feedback!!

Breakfast ran out when I came downstairs. no refill. room extremely essential, with no water. price unbelievable 170€/night. for the service

Not close to airport, dirty room, overpriced.

My room was dirty, holes in curtains and sheets. Bathroom was full of mould and toilet was stained like it had never been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting and I would not return to this hotel. The cost of taxis makes it not worth staying here. Spend the extra to stay in Florence and then take the tram to the airport.
