The rooms are thematic , from the Divina Comedia, and they are amazing, everyone always welcomes you with a smile, so polite and always willing to help, they air conditioner works great, the breakfast is really really good, a lot of options, also for lactose intolerant and gluten free options, they have a big cinema, comodity room with books and pool table, great outdoor and spa and gym, I will definitely come back 10/10. Also the beds are like paradise, real comfortable and big!

A quirky hotel with hell and heaven themed rooms. Service was excellent with friendly helpful staff. There are lots of places to relax throughout the day or evening - library, cinema room and lounges. The gym has fantastic equipment and there is an outdoor sauna too. Breakfast was great quality with lots of options. Great tasting cocktails from the bar. This was our first time staying in a 25hours brand hotel and we would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous little hotel in a fantastic location. The decor is picture perfect, very quirky and original. We had a medium sized room in the Hell portion of the hotel that had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, and we enjoyed our stay... the only complaint we had was the fact that we had absolutely ZERO reception with our phones in the room and the wifi was pretty awful, so we had to scramble when we had a business call scheduled. The deli downstairs had excellent pastries and coffee in the morning, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

KKOKOUN Families - TripAdvisor review

The hotel's rooms are spacious, calm and well decorated. I especially liked the idea of Inferno rooms, which made our experience special and different from what we are used to in other hotels. We felt though that the room was not cleaned (everyday) thourougly and I think this is something the hotel should look at more closely. We had breakfast (buffet) few times during our stay and it was good. However, it was always the same and there is not much variety. Service also needs to be improved. The staff of the hotel is nice, helpful and professional. The hotel doors are closed starting from 10:30 pm for one of the doors and 11:30 pm the other. You need to ring the doorbell so that they let you in. It made us feel a little uncomfortable each time we had to do it. As an overall experience, we had a very nice stay at this hotel. I definitely recommend it.

If you like a quirky theme, this place is for you! We stayed in inferno and it was great!! Decorated perfectly, probably not a place for young children though. Bathrooms are better for couples, though windows are frosted and there are curtains for additional privacy. Bed was comfortable, pillows were okay, just not my preference- too soft. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. A little disappointed the bar was closed Sunday/monday, we weren’t able to use it and it looks like a great place. Hotel breakfast is okay - there aren’t many options around noting the Italians don’t really eat breakfast. So we tried the hotel and there could have been more options fruit and cereal wise. Location is great, close to the train station and a short walk to main piazzas. I’d stay here again!
