Everything was good except that the hotel could have upgraded their payment via using digital payment where my payment via You-Trip was rejected. Lucky enough I brought in enough cash. I have no issues while making payment at shopping Malls and other establishments outside the hotel.

The stay was 'fine', got sick from the room service I ordered on night 1. The room felt dirty though, the glass partitions in the toilet needed a good vacuum.

There was a power outage one afternoon that lasted approximately 45 minutes to an hour, and the backup generator also failed to operate. While this was already disappointing for a five-star hotel, what bothered me most was the lack of clear communication from the staff. Despite repeated inquiries, we were given no meaningful information about the cause, whether the outage affected only the hotel or the surrounding area, or how long it would take to restore power. The only response was that management was still investigating, leaving guests completely in the dark. I find this level of communication unacceptable for a five-star hotel, and it was the main reason for my low rating. Other than this incident, the rest of our stay was ok.
