We had a 3 night stay at the Sofitel which was a very pleasant experience. The customer service was outstanding and the all the staff were very professional and friendly. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and we loved the extra touches, such as the turn down service, the special teas and chocolates and complementary water.
