It was a comfortable stay. But the highlight was definitely the staff, whether at the reception or restaurant, they were all very warm and friendly. The room itself is comfortable, but it's missing some details, e.g. bedside lamp/reading light, charging points. For breakfast, wonderful selection of the pastries and DIY fresh juice. However, the hot dishes was rather limited and doesn't change. Missing options for proteins apart from eggs. The gym is well equipped.

I had stayed at intercontinental so I had some expectations. The lounge was not good enough to warrant the price of paying the extra. Sometimes there wasn't staff, so you couldn't ask for coffee or questions etc, and canapés and afternoon tea were quite restricted. Room was nice but my shower has some noticible mould. Best part was the breakfast. The food was amazing. Nice rooms but dont think its worth the steep price.
