Everything was fine, considering all of the constraints due to Covid. My only complaint is that the shower water pressure was frustratingly low. This was the case for all three days, at different times so now just a question of everybody taking showers at that same moment. In order to have a tiny ounce of additional pressure, called had to be added making it a lukewarm shower. And even then, the water pressure was so low that if you turn the nozzle upward there isn’t even a stream of water going up; it just falls back down. Perhaps it was just this particular shower, but it is worth noting. And I typically never complain about this kind of thing. It was rather notable.

Good small hotel in the centre of town

We were very lucky to be able to check in early. We had a suite, which seemed to have been redecorated since the last time we stayed here. I like the style of the hotel, a reminder of 1950s design, but some people might (wrongly) think the furniture is outdated. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Only problem: the walls are thin and we were disturbed by noise from 8.00 on Sunday morning.

Great location in le havre between les quais and les rues pietonnes. Also not far from Muma. We found easy parking in the street. The hotel can use some small refreshments. The breakfast was great and kudos to the very friendly personnel at this ibis styles

My objective: have 2 rooms booked for 5 persons : 2 adults and 3 children split in the 2 rooms. - Booking not good: I tried to book the hotel via Accor website via mobile phone: it did not work as functions showed only a one room and 2 children an if you want 2 rooms it has to be 2 children per rooms. I called the phone number on my accor card but service is closed. I called the hotel directly and they gave me a better price that if I was going via Accor website but could not record the trip on my accor card (?!) - Room: bed very bad in the single room, good in large room. The TV was let loud in the room in between our two rooms (318) and we could not sleep all night. The reception was closed and there was no stand in. I knocked on the door at 2am, 3am of the noisy room but no one responded. We did not sleep at all it was like sleeping next to the TV ! the day after I told this to the receptionist. He informed me there was no one in that room (318 and we were in 317 and 319). It means it was an issue from the hotel then (cleaners leaving the TV for eg). Instead of apologising and offering a compensation, he tried to find excuses. No customer service at all. I had to really complain and suggest to talk to his manager ... he said to wait until 10am.. it was 8:30am and he could see I was going to travel with my 3 children back home. So I had to suggest to call her manager and he finally got an agreement to give me a discount of 20 euros on a 200+euros fee. Complete lack of training of customer handling and bad experience. It was not about the money it was about the total lack of service and professionalism. To add to the story my husband could not sleep because of really bad bed in 317 and the police noise in the middle of the night. It was because there was no receptionist and guard of the building despite another customer trying to call them downstair to get into the building. That customer called the police and as no one could enter the hotel if they did not have the code and there was no guard (vigile in French) then the other client said they had to go to another hotel and also shared with us how badly handled they were in this Ibis. It was all shocking as the receptionist was trying to protect himself saying I should have ask for the guard at night when the TV was loud and I replied I could not because I knew there was no one at the reception as he gave us the code to enter after 20pm and clearly told me there will be no one around. So really bad management as no guard and bad customer handling... bad insonorisation of the building also. Not worth of 3 stars at all.

The hotel's lobby is not exactly welcoming and the elevator is too small for a hotel (one person and two large suitcases is all it can accommodate). The breakfast area should be improved. What was most disappointing to us was the state our room was in. The sofabed for our daughter had large stains on both armrests, the chair in the main bedroom was also stained and a ceiling lamp was broken. The hotel does not offer on-site parking but it was easy for us to find a spot just around the corner. Some of the staff members were friendly and helpful, but the staff member handling our check-in was rather taciturn. The night before we had a much more pleasant experience at the Mercure in Reims. At the Ibis Styles in Le Havre our expectations were not met and we will not return.

The hotel is very well located to explore Le Havre, however the room - we had a suite - was far from being in good conditions- strong smell of mild and fresh paint, electricity plugs undone from the wall. In the email confirmation the reception was meant to be open until 10pm, however the lady left at 8 pm. Longer check-in time is among the reasons why we chose Ibis...

Nice hotel, right in the Center of town and hip suburb Auguste Perret, close to the Harbour and many sights. Beautiful roof terrace. Rooms small.

The location was excellent in centre. The room was fine but it along with the bathroom need updating. The photos on your site showed some really nice rooms but we were not offered one. The breakfast was good but the room looked nothing like the room shown in your site.

Too old. dirty, noisy, below any standards. The furnitures should have been changed years ago. The bed sheets, the bathroom towels, the beds cover should have been replaced years ago. The breakfast buffet is extremely poor. The staff is totally demotivated and uncompetent.

wifi could be better, but beds are comfy, bathroom could be cleaner, but the shower is nice and hot with enough pressure. Breakfast much better then in Ibis styles in other countries. Friendly staff. Good location. Go to bistro les halles to pamper yourself with good food. Watch to park in green zone a few streets away as orange zone in front of hotel is more expensive.

We stayed at the Ibis Style for the weekend and found it utterly charming. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was continental and plentiful. We also found the staff very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you !

I wanted to stay in a historic Perret building and this hotel is well-situated for downtown Le Havre. I understand the look is supposed to be 1950s and I liked the style and the decoration. We had a suite and our room was nice. But the bathroom was old and a bit smelly. The front door did not close properly. The kids' room was very basic (just a sofa bed and a wardrobe). Breakfast was nice, in a lovely breakfast room. Staff were friendly. It just needs a bit of modernisation.

Central location not too far from station and ferry. I walked from the station but there are plenty of taxis available. Friendly staff. Great breakfast in relaxing surroundings. Styled 50's retro which is fun. Interesting town to learn about and explore . Hotel provides a quiet retreat after a busy day exploring Normandy

Room too small, not value for money. And price included breakfast no option to remove. This hotel in not in Style as it claim, toilet is so small and next to the bed. Balcony look like is still under constructing.

La ville du Havre effectue des travaux de rénovation de la façade depuis quelques mois. Les ouvriers travaillent actuellement sur les balcons de l'hôtel. Tout devrait bientôt revenir à la normal. Lors de votre séjour vous occupiez l'une de nos trois chambres single. Si ce type de chambre ne vous a pas convenu, n'hésitez pas lors de votre prochain séjour chez nous, à nous demander une chambre double.
