Good check in experience, I like the broad options for breakfast, nice location, still in the city but easy to go in and out, nice to have free parking around the hotel during weekend and after 17.30. The dinner is very good too except the desserts are too sweet.

Hotel location is convenient, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. However the isolation of the building isn't great and I was waken up at 2AM by the noise from above my room. One could also hear the sound of the piping.

Pleasant stay, room comfortable for 2 adults and one child. Staff helpful. Was able to get a fresh coffee from the front desk at about 5.30 am. Room somewhat stuffy and too warm. The 2 windows worked well to change the air.

With a location just off the main road into Le Havre along the Seine the hotel is ideal for travellers using the port. Rooms are of a good size as was the en suite and all areas were very clean. The bed was comfortable and large with extra pillows available in the wardrobe. Staff were welcoming and friendly and had followed our request for a low floor room (ground floor).The basement car park 7 euros was a bonus and a code for entry and exit is required from reception. Payable street parking is available but popular and being a commercial district is not easy to find. The restaurant within the hotel provided good meals at a reasonable price and was popular. The buffet breakfast available in the same room was also excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. Would certainly stay in this hotel again.

From arrival to departure (3 days) we had superb personal service (despite my Scottish accent). The room was exceptionally good value for money and the location is perfect for access to and from the car ferry terminal. Would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

A fantastic friendly hotel . Our ferry was cancelled and we had to re route to la havre we booked this based Previous reviews as they were all good . We had a family room very spacious . Staff were all lovely and very helpful. There is parking onsite but as we had a top box height restrictions meant we had park right outside hotel which was free ( time restrictions do apply ) overnight is free till 9am. Breakfast was lovely self service and good choices. Little room table tennis went down well my two kids 9 and 12. We didn’t really much time as it was literally an overnight stop . We definitely go back, have no hesitation in recommending this hotel . One to note for future trips to France .

A nice place and a good location for a citytrip. The room was very clean and tidy. There is a ping-pong room and a fitness room, plus table football, so we enjoyed these facilities. However, the noise insulation from the neighbouring room, or from the street was not perfect. ( in general we are very satisfied with the ibis windows, e.g. in Germany, but also in other places) We enjoyed the aboundand breakfast. The car parking is under the hotel, perfect. Summary, Le Havre offered much more interesting thing to see/visit and for the city trip, this ibis hotel is a good base for a short stay. We really like the ibis beds and beddings.

We had a very pleasant stay and the evening meal was really good. Very handy for the port. Unfortunately we arrived late and did not have any time to explore the area so ate in the hotel restaurant, which offers more than just burgers and pizzas. The check-in was very quick and efficient.

Close to railway station, tram and city centre, very friendly staff, exceptionally clean room and shower and excellent, reasonably-priced food in restaurant. Would have liked a kettle in the room though.

Was a very quiet stay. Useful to have a car park as you have to pay on the roadside. The hotel is well placed for restaurants as well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was good and a variety of things to choose from

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and friendly throughout our stay, and tried their best to make us feel welcome at all times. They stored our luggage on our arrival day and on our departure day. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is in the town centre and is located close to a tram stop, bus stops, the St Francois restaurant quarter and the town hall. It is close to both the ferry port and the train station. We had originally booked for a family room/junior suite, but this was not available due to an unforeseen issue. The hotel told us about this very promptly several days in advance of our arrival and made alternative arrangements, making sure that we did not lose out. In the end, we had one double room and one single room. These were a tad small, but were well equipped and comfortable. We had everything that we needed. The bathroom, on the other hand, was not small and the shower was good. We appreciated the 24-hour bar area (alcoholic drinks are only available up to a certain time in the evening, but hot drinks were always available - much appreciated after a long day of sight seeing!), but did not eat in the restaurant on this occasion. We would definitely return to this hotel on a future occasion.
